I placed an order on grubhub a the complete order came back incorrect. When I called to see if they can remake my order I was told no and to contact grubhub. They were very rude.

This Christmas weekend , this si my second review, the service is horrible, they only get your order right if they understand it , the lady told me but I only understand Spanish, what done that even mean ????? I’m done here . .This is the 3rd time they have failed , this time I order my Turkey and egg whites on whole wheat toast bread with spicy mustard, and I get instead white bread, bring it back in to them they take out the meat and put it on a whole wheat bread did not toast it and now there’s no spicy brown mustard , my wife gets a platter of egg whites with veggies in it and it’s cold to the touch with no salt after I asked for it , I’m done , this is the 3rd owner in 3 years , I’m going to the original owner that moved to North Arlington on Schuyler Avenue next to the bowling alley , sorry , I tried and you failed .

I don’t know what happened to this place. They use to have great sandwiches. Now you get a Taylor ham and cheese it is ALWAYS Cold even getting into my car parked right out front they should take the hot out of their name!

There’s a line to the door at 7 am that’s way too early for such a line I turned right around and went to McDonald’s they’ll find someone to sell my sandwhich too I can’t wait for 20 minutes some of us have to go to work , people at the counter don’t know how to do their jobs

We had a race in Lyndhurst and needed bagels to feed a ton of hungry teens. Stopped here and were in and out. Delicious bagels and friendly staff.

Probably the best bagel in town. Come here bright and early in the morning for the fresh bagels. Not a long wait. next time I order the nova, probably going to order double the salmon.

Very friendly staff, good variety of options with tasty hot bagels. Got an everything bagel and loved it. They have a couple tables outside for seating which is nice too. Would recommend to those in the area!

Terrible customer service. I called ahead with my order but when I got there they said we got disconnected??? Food was not ready had to wait 15 minutes to find out my order was never even done. This is 2nd time happening, food is good but the service and their attitude are just terrible I do not recommend this place try Bob's bagels in Lyndhurst they're much better

Good service. Decent bagel . No seating inside only outside with two tables. Parking is on street so expect to walk. Fair prices.
