I went to a 95th birthday celebration at the San Carlos restaurant. The food was terrific, the staff was attentive, and our DJ was lively. Our room had large dance floor and the seating and table were quite comfortable. It’s a wonderful venue for your next affair.

The place is beautiful well kept. Servers are very pleasant and Food looks delicious. My only thing is ...if you are a decorator ,you will only have 90minutes To set up and less than 30 minutes to breakdown. They will rush you out . So take it in consideration when booking and planning, because you will need extra hand to do it quickly. So charge accordingly for that extra help to do your decoration set up/breakdown.

I recently hosted my daughter's first birthday party here and was very pleased with the food and service. The staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and accommodating to all our needs both during setup and throughout the event. They truly impressed me with their dedication and professionalism. The food was top-tier, and the beverage selection, which included beer, wine, and sangria, was perfect for the adult guests.
However, I’m giving this venue three stars due to my experience with the Banquet Manager, Jodi Guzzardo. As someone with nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, I found her behavior to be shockingly rude and unprofessional. When my mother-in-law and aunt visited the space for a scheduled appointment, she was dismissive and unhelpful toward them. During the event, her attitude continued to be an issue; she was disrespectful to the service staff and disregarded customer feedback, even contradicting me when I communicated specific requests through the staff because I preferred not to deal with her directly.
The overall experience was overshadowed by her demeanor, which is unfortunate given the quality of the food and the efforts of the service team.
