I recently hosted my daughter's first birthday party here and was very pleased with the food and service. The staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and accommodating to all our needs both during setup and throughout the event. They truly impressed me with their dedication and professionalism. The food was top-tier, and the beverage selection, which included beer, wine, and sangria, was perfect for the adult guests.

Last night I was at an event at San Carlo and I can’t thank enough the staff for their amazing and professional approach. Very knowledgeable, great vibe, willing to help and overcome challenges in the most professional manner. Thank you Olga and Angela for being the most fantastic hosts.

Jodi, the Banquest Manager is easy to work with. Our 60th Class Reunion was a great success. All enjoyed the excellent food and professional staff. Would definitely recommend if you are considering an event.
