Everytime I come to a Starbucks, I’m reminded on why I hate Starbucks, and never wanna come to Starbucks….And this one proved that to me again.
Reading through now, and all the reviews say the service is bad, and it is. Had one of the girls roll her eyes at me when I handed her my incorrect drink back.
I’ll never understand arguing with a customer about what their drink taste like as if you’re (the employee) the one drinking the drink

I asked for a med coffee w reg milk 6 brown sugars and this is what I got. Looks like boiled water with a cloudy appearance, not actual caramel color or the sense it's not boiled water for tea or something ?

Every time I go to the starbucks in lyndhurst my order is incorrect. I asked for a venti with extra milk I rarely get it. I ordered three cake pops for my granddaughter one of each the orange was missing. I ask for a chocolate croissant I get a plan. I checked the order as instructed it indicate plan croissant I pointed it out to the employee she said oh it just says that. Well guess what I got a plan croissant instead of a chocolate . Try explaining that to a 5 year old!! Horrible job performance!!!!!!! NT

Went through the drive through and they refused to give extra syrup for my iced tea unless I drive back around the drive through.
Yaz at the window is absolutely the sweetest, most helpful person! Very pleasant and went above and beyond to ale my experience amazing. Haven’t had that level of treatment at Starbucks ever! Thank you Yaz!

My go to Starbucks, the drinks are great and the service is greater.
This Starbucks is a new opening and it's in desperate need of staff or could it be training. They never have anything ready or it takes forever to order. I ordered 3 drinks and it took 25 mins. This is not the first time. STARBUCKS HEAD QUARTER'S HELP!

oooo am i glad we're waking this up! was a former employee myself my mom spoke on my behalf earlier and let me tell you these baristas are absolutely being overworked in the sense that sid keeps the place understaffed and cannot comprehend the idea of her staff having any flaws. if you're not up to her standard she will outcast you and tell lies, she will tell you how bad of a job you're doing in front of everyone, she will make you feel like being the only one on the floor doing 3 jobs at the same time is normal.
only one while i was working there was able to successfully transfer back to her original store, i wasn't so lucky because the stress of being overworked and the toxic work enviroment resulted in me having a hard time standing and i was worried at one point that i was having heart palpitations. i tried complaining to corporate and it was left to a dead end and was denied unemployment which i'm sure was sid's doing. she's very calculative and plays favorites for sure.
tldr: i personally dont go to starbucks anymore but if you had to i would go to rutherford's drive thru. don't go here because the employees are understaffed which results in them being overworked.
