Was surprised by the drive-thru only / mobile pickup windows, as it's not what I'm typically used to. Regardless the staff was very helpful and friendly and were even able to get a mug I was after. Service was fast and awesome. Definitely recommend swinging by here for your coffee needs!

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The staff seemed unhappy and unwelcoming, and we weren’t even greeted with a simple “good morning,” which immediately set a negative tone. Customer service makes a big difference, and in this case it felt cold and inattentive. Sadly, it’s not a place I’d return to based on the lack of basic courtesy alone

this location suck 4 orders through doordash and can't follow simple instructions. you guys need to be trained by the team in Clifton by panera they are the best! Do better. Damn you guys are bad!

Coffee is good. Food offerings are decent. The staff there have been doing a great job lately. (They always do a good job, but they've gotten much more efficient at juggling the app orders and drive-thru. Before the line used to be backed up... But now it moves pretty steadily. I'm impressed. Whatever the team there is doing they should keep on doing it.

Often I have to leave without a straw or napkins. I don't see why it is not offered or at least in view to get yourself. The coffee frappacino, was too sweet. I ddnt ask or put sugar in it

I am consistently disappointed by the service speed at this location. The entire point of using the Starbucks mobile app is for convenience and to save time, but it has become a source of massive frustration. My typical order is just a simple black coffee, which should be the fastest item to fulfill. Yet, time and time again, I place a mobile order, arrive after the estimated pickup time, and my simple drink is not ready. It's either sitting forgotten, or the staff simply can't locate the order. On my most recent visit, I watched baristas move through complicated custom drinks while I waited just to receive a pre-paid cup of drip coffee. I had to flag down an employee just to ask where my order was.

I don’t ever come here because it’s so inconvenient. The customer service sucks and they never make a drink properly EVER! I have tried it a few times since they opened and all I get is milk. There is barely any coffee in the actual lattes. Terrible place and terrible customer service. Seems like they are more worried about talking and laughing amongst each other while people wait for their drink order after I placed it on the app. Took forever to get to the window and completely ignored customers. I don’t understand how anyone orders from here when all they serve is milk and a dash of coffee. Everytime I say something they say it’s how it’s done. I have never received such terribly made drinks. Go to the one in Rutherford so much better and much better customer service!!!! Over all don’t like this place.
