I had an amazing experience at Villa Italia! I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and asked for extra veggies — the dish was absolutely delicious and made exactly to my liking. Joe, the owner, is a great guy who truly knows how to take care of his customers. The service and food were both outstanding. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!

Went there last night for dinner food was delicious especially chicken rocco. Service was excellent Jen is amazing. Definitely try it out you won't be disappointed.

I don’t often find time to leave reviews but I was impressed & felt I definitely needed to. I was initially sending food to someone through the DoorDash app. Something wasn’t clear so I called Villa Italia to ask. Well the young lady who answered the phone was polite, courteous & most helpful! As per her rec., I ordered directly through the restaurant itself, ordered everything I wanted to send, & she even waited on the line while I asked what sauce they liked. Customer svc is everything as the face of a successful business! I can see how the good food combined w/great svc makes this restaurant so popular. This was the recipient’s favorite as he raves about the fried calamari & mussels, etc. We aren’t nearby but when in the area, we will def. stop in to eat. Congrats to the owner for the hard work to have & keep these standards!!

Ordered penne alla vodka with chicken with uber eats. and was very disappointed. Called to see if something could be done and didn’t even bother. Just kept saying he stands behind his food. And I do get that. But this penne vodka was not good at all. All I wanted was a, “bring it back and I’ll take care of it for you.” couldn’t even get that. I payed 40$ for this when it costs maybe 14$ to make? I reviewed the place before I purchased and everything looked really good. Customer is right when it comes to food. That’s the only reason why I’m writing this review. It taste bad. You should have offered to exchange.
Good food but don’t order if you’re starving… I waited 3 hours for my delivery of 2 foccaia sandwiches and potatoes…. Not kidding … 3 hours.

Food was ok. Don't bring white wine unless you don't mind drinking it warm since they dont have bucket or cooler to keep cold, had to suggest to give us a pitcher with ice. Place is too small for a group celebration. Dinner was family style and not enough food was served especially for an Italian restaurant, no cappuccino since machine's milk frother not working. Was not impressed & don't think will return.

I ordered from villa at least once a week i dont know what happened past few weeks everything arrives messed up salad missing sauce or ingredients sandwiches done lousy.its a shame because the place was top notch for many years.the way how food arrives and its not done the way Joe made it .Horrible difference .Soo disappointed
