Love Arbys always something new on the menu, though I wish they would offer a vegetable side dish crinkle fries are good they used to have Mac and cheese. Got rid of the home fries patty . Everyone is so friendly and pleasant, great staff. They don't have side salads anymore they were good.
Absolutely amazing Arby’s, the food was amazing, the service was incredible, and they were very nice & understanding even when it took us incredibly long to choose what to get. They were very lovely people, and they did everything we asked of them, like taking the shredded lettuce & ranch off of the sandwich, and adding leaf lettuce instead. I hate giving mixed reviews.The service and staff at drive thru are great. Been several times. I went a month ago, ordered Waygu burger combo. Burger, great, fries were cold and dry. I thought maybe, I waited 5 minutes. Went back got the fish basket. The fish.... love it!! The crinkle fries, cold and dry again. Been back just to get the fish only a few times.
