The manager here whose name I’m pretty sure is Hidi. She was nothing but rude to us. When we asked her to correct the shake she gave us attitude and just pushed the whipped cream of the shake and filled it instead of doing the right thing to give us a new one. My boyfriend’s burger was made wrong and the environment was so uncomfortable we didn’t bother asking for a new one, not to mention the cold fries. When we walked in the restaurant was disgusting, there were no clean tables, food all over the floor.

Manager today should definitely not be a manager. I ordered on my app and must have hit walk in instead of drive-through. I’m older and I had two grandchildren in the back with car seats. I asked if I could just have my order since it was paid for and she had it right there. She said NO. I asked again please can I have it because I have these two little children don’t want to get them out of the car seats and bring them in. She wouldn’t budge. She never cracked a smile. Never said I’m sorry you have to come in. She was just plain old mean. I wish the owner of this place had Undercover Boss come in there. She probably would’ve been fired on the spot for treating people the way she did. I’ve had my own business and worked for others and I would never want or have someone like her work for me. I’ve been there before and people were very nice. This Magnolia McDonald’s needs to be careful who they hire as management. The authority must’ve went to her head or something. I will travel a little further from now on just so I wouldn’t have to deal with her again. Thanks for listening. I think this is the second time I’ve ever complained in my life but it just wasn’t nice. Especially her attitude.

Hire a new staff starting with management. The staff will be a reflection of their leadership. The fake reviews don’t filter out the accurate ones. Food always inaccurate, management doesn’t take their job seriously. Taking this to social media soon with a few influencer friends when doing a review of south Jersey foods.

I've never seen so much good food. For my closest up shots, most people think it's olgas dinner or some faroff place on Japan. Nope. It's just are simple McDonald's on the white horse pike. Now, can someone please get.rid of those flies.

Honestly, I thought this place had improved, but after waiting thirty minutes in the drive-thru, I was met with rudeness and food tossed into a bag. The fries weren't even in the box and were cold. This location seems to have an issue with attitude and fresh food that can't even make a five-minute drive without me having to reheat it when I get home. Please hire people who want a job and do better at this location. Update went back and got shorted a pie we payed for when will the bs end. HEY CORP FIX IT SMFH
