I have been to this Taco Bell several times. They generally get the orders right the first time, and the food is generally good for what you expect in a fast food Tex-Mex restaurant. I gave the environment a 3 star for two reasons. Firstly, when I eat here, the tables are not always clean, so I end up having to do the job myself while I wait for my food. Secondly, the one time that I did have a genuine issue with the food, a member of the kitchen staff came out and approached me aggressively, seemingly wanting to fight because I was unsatisfied with his mistake. The manager got involved and apologized to me. Since then, that employee no longer works there (at least that I have seen in multiple visits), and that manager, when he sees me, goes out of his way to make sure I have a good experience. I would like to think he would genuinely do this for any customer. I really love this particular Taco Bell, and will go out of my way to return to this one. Overall 5/5 stars.Parking: Parking for about 20 cars plus handicap and mobile order pickup spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp next to handicap spots. ADA complaint doorways. Handicap accessible tables.
I order from this location all the time and I am disappointed more often than not. Today I ordered and I got a crunchwrap and asked for extra nacho cheese. Not only did I get barely any nacho cheese, I got no beef inside the crunchwrap. This is not the first time either that I have received a crunchwrap with no beef. Everytime I have problems with my order, I end up having to deal with the same man. He is extremely rude and always has a bad attitude towards me as if it’s my fault as the customer that my order was messed up. I paid $7 for my crunchwrap to receive lettuce and tomato inside a tortilla… obviously I am going to be mad when I don’t get what I’m paying for. Overall, Taco Bell has great food when it is made right but my order is messed up so often from this location and the customer service is no where near where it should be. I would not recommend this location.

This is food quality damage and its worst experience I have in my taco bell ever since. The whole stuff out from inside the taco bread and everything is just with bad smell from sour cream and not even wrapping properly.

It's incredibly frustrating to stop here on my lunch break, only to find that the food was prepared hours ago. The tacos were as cold as ice, and the potatoes were rock hard. Quite literally inedible.

I order food from here quite often and every time I go they forget to put the ranch sauce. on the Gordita crunch it’s basically a 50/50 chance they get your order correct and the way they wrap the taco in the paper is so messy and horrible with sometimes sauce stains on the outside of the paper and sometimes even random ingredients that didn’t even come with what I ordered.
