Came back here and I must change my review because the water ice flavors are AMAZING especially the cotton candy! I'm not sure I took the time last time to try the flavors or even properly rate this place but It has become one of my faves and the staff is great and the flavors of water Ice have been out of this world!
Parking: A few spaces there were. we pulled into a lot next to the shop and parked as well as in front of the shop there are spaces to pull into.

The water ice is delicious & made with real fruit, they have 1/2 gallons for $9, water ice cakes and gelati cakes. Customer service is great every time. 10/10 I’ve become a dedicated return customer

I finally made it to the water ice factory even though it's right down the street from my house. I had the peanut butter vanilla ice cream on the cone with chocolate jimmies and the other one is watermelon and blueberry water ice with vanilla ice cream like a gelotti but here they call them wif. They have tons of flavors the prices are reasonable but they only accept cash I can't wait to go back and try more of the flavors.

Best water ice ever, I get the passion fruit & peachy peach mixed. Definitely crave this on the regular. They had another location years ago on the white horse pike, which was closer. I just hope they always keep this one open ?
