The food, service and atmosphere was amazing. The only issue I had was in using the app. I had a BOGO reward that wasn’t allowing me to utilize it but thankfully the store manager was able to override the system and issue me the reward.

Haven’t been back in awhile after 3 bad experiences in a Row—- but happy to report that food was back to AWESOME , very well prepared and fresh! HOPING this their new normal because we used to come here 2-3 X/WK but stopped -Will be back again! Keep up the good work!

Service needs help. I got an estimated time of 5:36 and food was ready 10 minutes later. This was my final straw because of the last 2 times I’ve eaten there it’s taken 20 minutes after the ready time to 15 minutes. The store has always been basically empty and the employees look to be slacking off while one completes every order that comes in. A year ago the service was quicker than the ready time and it was busier. I’m just super disappointed.
