I know the economy is tough but Jesus I didn’t order half a bowl
Whoever want this please to be better read this, it’s clearly not the employees in the store
Besides depressing looks you get from every worker, there is something missing from the recipes. The same exact order I get from chipotles across NJ and NY this is the only one that doesn’t taste right. It tastes bland, idk what is missing. I started driving to Tom’s river for my chipotle after trying this place for the third time and all 3 times it’s been very bland. I believe the recipe is not being followed.
Besides that very dirty, baby seats we had to clean ourselves, there is food all around the serving tray. Little bit is acceptable but the chicken is in the steak and the guac is in the lettuce. It’s a mess here and the employees look like they’re being held here against their will. As bland as the food.

Will never go back! I got double chicken in a bowl. The chicken was burnt.
The person that cooked this, saw it was burnt, the person who made my bowl saw the chicken was burnt. They both thought it was ok to feed a customer. Ridiculous
Restaurant eating area was dirty!
While i thoroughly enjoy Chipotle, this particular location is absolutely filthy. For a location that is NEVER busy, how can this place be so dirty? When the front of the house is not clean it’s a given that neither is the kitchen!

This is honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Came in this past Saturday 9/14 to get dinner , the line was super long and they only had one employee handling everyone’s orders. I don’t mind waiting but the manager really showed no type of concern for how much the line was building up and for the young lady. The manager mainly stayed in the back on her phone and goofing off with other employees while this poor girl struggled by herself with a line full of annoyed customers. Didn’t get the young girls name but I applaud her for how she handled the line by herself. And to the manager , do better for your employees or find a new job.

The past two visits they were “out” of guacamole for the night (more than an hour before they close, which is just lame). They have also been out of ice the past two visits???? And many of the drinks were out as well…and the place was totally dirty. Just a really, really bad experience.

I got in line to order this afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all. Seems like only one employee was working there, which isn’t his fault. Got to the front and was advised they were only accepting digital orders. Doesn’t make sense, but ok. So I ordered on the app and waited. Picked up my bag of food and cup to eat in store. Ice machine is broken. Would have been nice to know before I paid for a drink. The food was just ok. The restaurant itself was filthy. Dirty tables and floor. Dead bugs and spiderwebs on every window. This is a nice area - I was shocked. Won’t be back.

the picture is what you get when you order tacos to go.. the first time it happened I thought ok, maybe somebody's drinking on the job here, but then it happened again, same.. always.. I guess you can eat this with a shovel or something I'm not sure

I visited this Chipotle on August 31st, 2024, around 7 PM. There was only one employee managing all the orders during a dinner rush, with a line almost out the door. Although she did an excellent job, I'm disappointed in the store's apparent lack of concern for their employees. No one should have to handle that kind of crowd alone.
