We are new to the area and are trying out local establishments. Everything was going well- we saw the place was very busy on our way to another restaurant so I told my to husband stop here instead. Usually business is a good sign of good food. We highly enjoy dining out.
Our server was Joey who was FANTASTIC, along with Brooke who was helping bus tables and drinks. The two were an AMAZING team. All of the food was GREAT along with the service.
Unfortunately before I dined I went to wash my hands and was absolutely ASTOUNDED that there was multiple ceiling tiles with clear moisture damage and MOLD just blatantly out for everyone to see. I wanted to leave the restaurant but I didn’t want to embarrass the servers or my family for that matter. Obviously this is of no fault to the employees - I don’t know who the owner of the building is, or if this restaurant even owns the building. I don’t know if this is just normal in coastal NJ or what but I just can’t even begin to understand why this hasn’t been dealt with in a clearly HIGHLY POPULAR establishment. They’re putting their employees first and foremost at risk and all of the patrons who patronize the business. We won’t be back sadly.

Came to Dolce Liberta yesterday evening and had a wonder evening with my wife. The food was awesome, by Linguini with Little neck clams were some of the best i've ever had. The fried calamari was perfectly crispy and the mango guava cheesecake was wonderful. The service was even better. Our server, a young man named Mason, was friendly and seasoned. It is a little bit of a hike for us but we definetly be back soon. Thank you for a great evening!

Food was pretty good. Nice warm ambience throughout the evening. Unfortunately our waitress disappeared for over 40 minutes! We would have ordered coffee and deserts but it was way too late by then. I had to ask the staff several times if they could find our waitress. Not a good way to end our dinner but it is what it is.

Wonderful staff, Olivia the owner is amazing, food is out of this world!!! From the appetizers to dessert, one word DELISH!!! Never a bad meal. Great specials as well. I highly recommend!!
