I don’t know where to start. My boyfriend and I stopped here out of LBI on the way home. We did the drive thru and lady inside was extremely rude! I had a question regarding the new cereal n milk for diet restrictions due to health issues & she was no help. So I got the same thing my bf got, iced Carmel latte. We ordered a croissant & hashbrowns as well.
At the window she hands us 1 latte and a small bag. 3min later she comes back and says
“what are you waiting for”. I said our other latte. She said you only ordered 1. I said no and repeated our order. She looks at us and said no. You only ordered this and began arguing with us about it. My boyfriend said don’t worry about it and left. Then we look in the bag and there’s no hashbrowns. So safe to say we will not be returning. These people need to learn customer service. I was in that industry for many years and I would NEVER treat customer like that. Such a shame.

My donut was missing its frosting and was RAW on the inside. There was also a hair INSIDE of my drink. So so nasty.😭

Stopped at this Dunkin on our way off the Island. The line was quick, the blonde woman at the window was very pleasant, the coffee though; we asked for two hot large coffees and we got hot water with cream, it was gross. I attempted to call to inform them that maybe something went wrong during brewing and they could correct it for future customers as we were not going to head back but the number listed goes no where so I’m assuming there will be many a headache this morning for anyone expecting to get their daily dose of caffeine.

I went through the drive thru and got a black coffee and a donut. Both were good. Overall it’s an average Dunkin’ Donuts and I have no complaints.

We walked in and were surprised they actually had donuts since they almost always sell out early in the day. My wife and I were deciding what we wanted when one of the two workers finally moped her way over and said “our lobby is closed but you can go through drive thru if you want”. Really, it was 6:55pm and the door was open so you want me to leave the lobby and get in my car and go through the drive thru to order the donuts that I was just staring at. Hmmm, how about you use your brain and just serve the customer that is standing in front of you. I was polite and said okay thanks and left without issue. Just frustrating to see young people have such poor service and no common sense. Btw, it’s not like the lobby was cleaned yet either. It was still a mess so no reason to send us out. Needless to say, we didn’t go through drive thru and we will never be back. We will go to one of the other multiple Dunkin’ Donuts stores in the area. Total clowns here.

The most rude location you could possibly go to. All the employees talk to you terribly, and it hasn’t just been once or twice, it’s been numerous occasions. Management should second guess their staff at this location because no one should speak to customers the way this staff does.

Paid for a Large iced coffee with Almond milk. Received a medium or small. Barely any Almond milk. Terrible. Maybe I’m too spoiled with the Dunkin Donuts up North Jersey. New store, Get your act together.

Me and my boyfriend went to our local Dunkin to get a little treat for his dog, since they offer “pup cups” to dogs. He ordered a pup cup and the women, (we found out her name was Jill) Jill proceeded to say “um ok?” Then she said “pull up” and my boyfriend couldn’t hear her, and he said “pardon me?” And Jill proceeded to scream “PULL UP!” in the nastiest rudest voice. We then drove away because we don’t wanna give buisness to a place who has miserable nasty workers like Jill.

Asked for a hazelnut iced coffee, usually comes with cream, they give me a black iced coffee. We ask for cream and leave, it has a sticker that says they added 3 shots of hazelnut it tasted like nothing. We go back there and there’s some random new person at the window. We ask for more shots and he brings it back, it still tastes like literally nothing and he says he added 4 more shots, yea maybe 4 shots of air.

Donuts were stale and horrible. I demanded a replacement. They gave a coupon for free dozen. When I went back they said the coupon was no good. They need to seriously consider closing up.
Instead of hiring people who fit your woke agenda, how about hiring people that are actually competent and not delusional?
