Me and my boyfriend went to our local Dunkin to get a little treat for his dog, since they offer “pup cups” to dogs. He ordered a pup cup and the women, (we found out her name was Jill) Jill proceeded to say “um ok?” Then she said “pull up” and my boyfriend couldn’t hear her, and he said “pardon me?” And Jill proceeded to scream “PULL UP!” in the nastiest rudest voice. We then drove away because we don’t wanna give buisness to a place who has miserable nasty workers like Jill.

Asked for a hazelnut iced coffee, usually comes with cream, they give me a black iced coffee. We ask for cream and leave, it has a sticker that says they added 3 shots of hazelnut it tasted like nothing. We go back there and there’s some random new person at the window. We ask for more shots and he brings it back, it still tastes like literally nothing and he says he added 4 more shots, yea maybe 4 shots of air.

Donuts were stale and horrible. I demanded a replacement. They gave a coupon for free dozen. When I went back they said the coupon was no good. They need to seriously consider closing up.

Waited 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and was given the wrong sandwich didn't realize until was already driving away. Had to go all the way back and when I went into the store I was told there's nothing they can do they are short staffed.

Very disappointed in the staff and interior cleanliness . Met some friends on a Friday night for a coffee tables were disgusting. Staff was rude and obnoxious. I guess finding great staff on a Friday night is difficult. I guess the good workers move to Buffalo Wild

The young woman who attends the drive thru is too rude. She was ordering and I honestly didn't listen to her and when she answered she yelled at us, what a shame that people like that don't value customer service, I never publish anything from somewhere but something like this has never happened to me. , everyone in the car just looked surprised. We were going to continue ordering but better to invest in places where the treatment is more pleasant!
I came to this Dunkin first time at this location and the last. I don’t know who the lady was that rang me out in the drive thru but she was absolutely rude and an ugly attitude. She had the audacity to make a comment about my coffee order which I get everyday at my local Dunkin. I ordered a medium ice coffee with almond milk and 3 pumps of coconut and toasted almond that are sugar free pumps… I pull up to the window and she goes you want them in the same coffee? I said yes she proceeds to laugh and go “well to each their own”. Excuse me… that’s rude and unprofessional and by the looks of it she can use a little putting together. Hair is up in a bun looking a mess, and then is literally on the phone as she is handing me my coffee which seemed like a personal phone call not business related by the way she was talking. If she the manager at this location I suggest that owner reevaluate there position…

Drive thru was wonderful. Drink came out way to sweet and the lovely lady in the drive thru took care of it right away. She was wonderful and accommodating to the 2 sweet drink. Everyone was happy and we got on the road for a 3 hr ride out to Central PA. Great staff.
