Order a frozen slushie to the table, I wait 10 minutes and see the kid handing it someone else, something I paid for. Walk to the counter and ask where my drink is, then say my name the order and tell the kid I saw you give it away. He says they called it out loud but no one came. Hmm. Why would you need to call out an order that's going to a specific table? And there were 5 of us in here. How could you not figure out who ordered it. Cmon bruh

I don't eat McDonald's for health reasons, but for the kids and grandkids, I frequent McDonald's. This particular restaurant was an awesome visit, had a list and tried the kiosk but even being computer savvy, I wasn't getting the meals right. The gentleman behind the register was happy to assist and customize the orders my grandkids texted me. Haha, the thanks I got when returning and the order was perfect. Thanks 😊

What’s the point of using the mobile app if the workers inside don’t acknowledge your code when you give it to them in the drive thru? A system built to be more efficient costs me an extra 10+ minutes waiting and 6+ cars behind me pay and get their orders. Unacceptable McDonald’s.

Quick stop for a quick bite, havent been to a McDonald's for quite some time and there's a reason I never ever eat at these restaurants. It was so dirty and the service was terrible. For a franchise like this at least you expect it to be clean. Stay away.
Very quiet and had a calming environment with all the customers that were there. The employees were very helpful and professional and also quick on there feet to accommodate us.

It was ok, found hair in my son's Big Mac, told the staff. All they did was remove the hair without a glove on and hand it back to him. He was very upset, we ended up leaving
