Ordered fries and moca frappe - fries delivered thru drive-thru window and told to pull into spot to await frappe. 10 minutes later no drink - went inside and it hadn't even been started. Staff was clueless on how to make it apparently. Manager had to make it - total FUBAR. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY FOR THIS JUNK FOOD.

This MCDONALDS IS BY FAR THE WORST LOCATION—EVER! I try to avoid it as much a possible! Today however I was in a rush & needed to pick up food to take with me so I went thru the drive thru. I ALWAYS USE MY MCDONALDS APP TO PLACE ORDERS SO I CAN JUST PICK UP MY FOOD IN THE DRIVE THRU ONLY HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WAITING IN LINE & NOT MY FOOD but of course! The app wasn’t working to place an order for this location! I ignored my first ? because I was already in Manahawkin and needed to be in Waretown in less then 20 minutes. So I went to this location anyway? ONLY TO BE 1 OF TWO CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU- & still these people are processing ONE ORDER AT A TIME IN THE DRIVE THRU! I HAD TO WAIT U TIL THE CAR AHEAD OF ME WAS GONE BEFORE THEY TOOK MY ORDER—UNBELIEVABLE! These restaurants are making the associates SO WRRIED ABOUT THE STUPID TIMER ON THE DRIVE THRU ORDERS THAT THEY PROCESS DRIVE THRU ORDERS ONE AT A TIME TO AVOID GETTING IN TROUBLE W/The pencil pushers? NOW I KNOW IM GOING TO BE LATE! I was NOT acknowledged when I pulled up to the second window! Not until they decided I needed to wait in the reserved parking areas because the food was being cooked. I was given the wrong condiments for my food. Which wouldn’t matter if the food was for me. Of course I would need the stupid condiments to get my kids to eat the darn food??♀️ SO INSTEAD OF GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION I WENT TO THE BARNEGAT LOCATION JUST FOR FLIPPING CONDIMENTS OBVIOUSLY I WAS LATE! I ABSOLUTELY DISLIKE THIS LOCATION GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! IF YOU DARE TO ORDER INSIDE DONT BOTHER TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO STEP OUT FROM THE KITCHEN TO TAKE YOUR ORDER— YOU DO NOT EXSIST! EVERY ONE OF THEM IS FOCUSED ON THAT DRIVE THRU TIMER! SO USE THE KIOSKS! what are the owners/corporate doing to these people that they are so afraid to give anyone the bare minimum service because the drive thru timer can’t exceed a the goal?
