Waited 10 minutes in a drive thru with one car in front of me then i got to the window and they take 5 minutes to make 1 soup not to mention not a single person inside i get home and realize it’s the wrong soup 0/10 don’t recommend coming here and not to mention they’re disgusting workers

The girl at the counter was dirty an she knew absolutely nothing about the menu. We ordered the soup with the a whole cheese steak to split an got 2 halves a 1/2 cup of soup an a 1/2 cup of Mac an cheese for $ 33. There was no meat on the sandwich an it was very small. I wrote to customer service an was pro.iaed a gift card an got nothing an never heard anything again. The place is over priced an the food ain't all that. Terrible an wouldn't waste my money on this poor example of a restaurant.

We absolutely love coming here for lunch. The pick 2 deal is just enough food and we love the self service drink bar, fresh lemons are always out too. Inside is calm and relaxing, plenty of seating. Food is fresh and delicious and always done in about 5 minutes.

I’m new to Panera. I was warned by another guest to use the kiosk as no one would take my order promptly. However, I was greeted by the best team member EVER named Emerson. She has a funky look I just loved and was so friendly and funny in commending me on my chic avo BLT and half salad.
The efficiency was noticed as I was promptly called to pickup my food. Asking for pickles as a pickle lover, Emerson totally understood and fed my addiction. The salad was huge w chicken in it, avocado, Vic’s, grains, nuts and maybe some very rare tree bark (kidding) as it was so filling. Ended up bringing my sandwich home.
Super clean place. I’ll be back. Give Emerson a kudo, if not raise , for being so impressive!!!

The food is always good. Be careful using the drive through though. It moves very slow. If you are in a rush, opt to pick food up inside rather than using the drive through.
This Panera is still a great coffee cafe. Nice selection of pasteries and hot beverages. It's very clean and staff is attentive and friendly.

Enjoyed 2 of the pick 2 entrees with my wife. Good portions of food. Fresh salad and soup and sandwiches. Great to earn points as rewards member and use them for savings. Also love being a Sips Reward Member and get coffees, teas and ice teas each time we pass by a Panera. It has become one of our favorite places to eat.

Excellent every time!! Just tried their bagels and they were amazing!! I have the monthly drink thing and it’s some of the best money I ever spent! You can get a drink once a day and it pays for itself in 3 times- try the passion green tea. The service is great too. highly recommended!
