Everyone goes through the drive thru because if you go inside you have to order on the kiosk and it's infuriating, very difficult to navigate. I'm sure with practice it's easier but for a once in a while visit, i personally hated it.

Went through the drive through around midnight, got a crunch wrap and specifically requested extra meat. It was better than I normally get where the crunch wrap has like no meat and is mostly lettuce, but a majority of the meat was on one side. It wasn't busy or I'd understand but c'mon, care a bit when you're working. I'm pretty done with trying to get anything decent other than a basic taco.
Very friendly. Always an easy, quick stop for me and I can count on the food being perfect.

Excellent Customer service and the food was really good, tasted fresh, whoever rolled my burrito knew what they were doing. None of the food felt "thrown together", as is so common with fast food. But our food was excellent and the woman who took my order through the drive thru was very polite and kind.

this is just awful, we were there yesterday at about 13:00 PM with the whole family. I can't believe that we got food poisoning... I've been to other Taco Bell establishments before, everything was delicious and good. It's just unthinkable that this happened! Be careful in this establishment especially with burritos.
