Came here for takeout tonight and ordered the half a rack of ribs and substituted the french fries for the macaroni and cheese. Was extremely disappointed when I got home because the portion was so small for the price. Paid $30 which included the tip for four small ribs and the macaroni and cheese was completely unseasoned had no flavor and barely any cheese. This is insane for the price you pay for this, such a small portion and no flavor in the side dish. I'm so disappointed. The girl that took my order was wonderful though.

To start, my food was absolutely horrible, basically nothing came out even close to warm it was more like room temperature. I notified my server and she was a bit rude about it but she did take our food back and we ended up waiting awhile for our food to come out. During our dinner, we overheard the manager Matt, yelling at one of the employees and talking in an extremely rude & demeaning tone to the point where we were disgusted. Quite honestly, every time we have been to Applebees and that manager is working, we see him sitting at a computer with his face shoved info his computer 90% of the time and rarely smiles, and usually just talks down to his employees. Highly unprofessional I don’t recommend this Applebees to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Applebees. Zac was very nice and pleasant however he did look kind of awkward in his appearance. We will be back again. Maybe he can get a new haircut.
