Pretty typical Applebees location with good service. Ordered the dinner for 2 after finding out that they didn’t have the unlimited tenders and boneless wings promotion anymore. Their boneless wings appetizer, burger, and chicken parm were all good.

Applebees is always a staple in my life and you can never go wrong. Today was no different as me and my friends had the pleasure of being served by Aiden. He was a highlight of the night, brining a smile to everyone at the table. When you come to this Applebees ask for Aiden. You won’t regret it.

Went for the ayce shrimp, riblets and chicken tenders. Severs are really nice and accommodating. We had a group of 10 and he tried his absolute best to serve us all around the same time and was generally available. But for the ayce, its good to try but I wouldn't do it again. The shrimp was eh. It's just fried shrimp. Chicken fingers were kinda dry and the riblets only had 2 flavours so it gets dull real quick.

Arrived and sat at the bar for snacks and drinks. Bartender was super nice, attentive and clearly loved by all of the regulars at the bar. 10/10 for her! She is great, kept the bar clean, fed and hydrated! She also knew the menu inside out and made recommendations.
The issue is an Applebee's issue, not an employee one. They had an offer of all-you-can-eat boneless wings, the reason why we went. The first plate was wings and fries. No idea it came with fries, but ok. Second plate was less wings, more fries. Third plate was much less wings, more fries. The fries absolutely outweighed the wings to the point we had to take them home. It was crazy.
When we asked the bartender about the fries, she said sometimes the kitchen gives fries sometimes they don't. It's a crapshoot. You could tell she wasn't comfortable giving that answer because she knew it was a non-answer. The regulars at the bar also said it depends on the day whether you get fries or not. The deal is all you can eat wings, not all you can eat (and then make your friends share them and even take home because you can't possibly finish them) fries. Each time we re-upped on wings, no one could tell us if we'd get fries or not.
Would not recommend the all you can eat offer until Management gets their crap together and makes sure every employee is on the same page. Nevermind that, it's a really shady way of filling people up on fries so they don't have to give away so many wings. Super shitty business practice.
But that bartender was aces! They are lucky to have her.

First of all, if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers. Our server Scott was nice in the beginning. However, after ordering our food and drinks that was quickly changed. He had the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my life. Once we got our food, Scott didn’t even come back to the table until close. I asked if we could have some more water but was told the water machine was closed. Water machine????? My sister then asked if the bar was open to get water. To which Scot responded “nope they are closed too”. Oh ok, my sister got up and went to the bar to get some water from the sweetest bartender ever. Wow she was amazing should’ve went to the bar. On top of that, there was a big table to our left and he was equally rude to them as well. Comments were made by Scott including “we don’t have silver ware, the dishwasher is washing all the silverware”, “you can’t get sauce with your wings because you didn’t ask for it”, “can you hand me the battery’s for the machines thanks”, “what else do you want?”. Dude how rude can you be?

I’d like to begin by admitting I’m not entirely familiar with the tablet devices at the table—technology tends to get ahead of me these days. But what truly stood out to me during my visit was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, especially the manager, Mel.
Mel went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, patiently answering my questions and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of hospitality that feels more like family than service. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt that kind of genuine care in a restaurant setting.
Thank you, Mel, and the rest of the Applebee’s team, for turning an ordinary meal into a memorable experience.
