Coal Fired is definitely my favorite local pizza spot. They are fairly consistent (especially when the owner is making the pies), they have great weeknight specials. For those that care - I sincerely think Dave Portnoy would give them an 8+ score. The char from the coal oven along with fresh ingredients makes a huge difference.

Was nearby so decided to give it a try but wasn’t that impressed! First off I feel like they need a better sign outside so you can actually spot the place easily. Second, very dark inside needs some lights or life! Ordered two large pies for $60 the vodka pie with breaded chicken was a bit dry like it needed more sauce or cheese! The cinque Terrie was too salty and too garlicky (coming from a person who likes garlic). Overall, wasn’t impressed and didn’t think it was worth...

This is an amazing pizza place. The pizza is so good and better than a traditional pizza joint. The quality is so good you will want more. The staff, owner, and environment is wonderful.
