I’ve been going to this Dunkin for over 10 years. With that said the lack of professionalism amazed me. I don’t k is who Maria is but the staff couldn’t stop complaining about her… and basically stopped working. The guy in the drive thru window was just cursing up a storm. Ef this Ef that. I miss the old staff. I will not be going back. There was only one younger woman in there who actually cared and apologized for the rest of them. This location has declined dramatically since the staff has changed.

What can I say? It’s Dunkin’ Donuts. Coffee was hot. Food was hot order was correct. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Drive-through was a little confusing as it intersected with a busy crossroad.

Stopped in for an iced Chai tea. You couldn't taste the tea. The mild tasted a bit off. They didn't even bother to stir the tea. One swirl and that was it. They need a trained manager her when ever they are open . Definitely not returning .

I ordered a white matcha latte and had to wait quite a long time for it. Unfortunately, there was a receipt inside the cup, which I only saw after the ice melted and I had nearly finished the drink. This was very disappointing and quite unhygienic. I hope more attention is paid to quality control in the future.

This dunkin is decent. Food was made correct and staff was friendly enough. Quick. Only downside is you have yo but something to use the bathroom as they are locked and you need to ask for the key.

For the life of me I can't understand why dunkin' donuts is so popular. It used to be good 20-30 years ago when they would bake new donuts every 4 hours today they bake them once a day so you've got to get there at 7:00 in the morning to get a fresh donut after that they're on their way to stale. The only reason I went was to buy a box donut holes has a gift
