The manager Hamsa- terrible!!! I pressed the wrong button on the app refused to help in anyway told me to call a number. They took all my app points and made me pay instead of doing his job and fixing the problem.

This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. I was able to enjoy my tea and chocolate glazed donut, along with my book while my husband and sister did their zoom meetings. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Even though there was light music playing, it was still pretty quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our needs.

Not all dunkin donuts are created equal! I selfishly almost don't want to even say anything because I dont want to take the chance of ruining a great thing if people start flocking here...but that is why they are in buisness. It's a well oiled machine and they deserve praise. I have never been to a dd run this well. No matter how long the line is, it speeds on through, they always have everything in stock, not like other locations that you ask for donuts past 10 am and they say they have 2 kinds to pick from. One time I was there and ordered strawberry donuts and they were out and offered to make some. They are the best!

I like the DD app - being able to order on the way is nice - but the people make it fabulous! These folks are literally ready to hand it to me, with a smile - plus they take the time to remember my face so I barely have to say "hi" to the camera/speaker when they say "oh ok Richard we have your order ready - come in around". It's just about as speedy & pleasant as I can imagine!
