Best Dunkin I have ever been to. First of the staff are friendly and b always kind. My brother is autistic and doesn't eat any other sweet except Dunkin Chocolate Frosted Donuts without sprinkles. (He won't even touch any in the box if there is even a single sprinkle in there) And whenever I come in to buy a dozen and mention no sprinkles, they always make sure to double check. I know this may seem like a small thing, but it's a big for me. Money is tight for me so when I am able to splurge and get him donuts I'm happy I can come to this location and get consistently good donuts. By that I mean the consistency of the texture, shape, chocolate frosting to donut ratio. It is always spot on. This is definitely the model store that others should strive to. Well needless to say, I will be back as soon as I'm about to.

I came here with my best friend and her two children on Tuesday morning at around 11:00 AM for some coffee and breakfast. We were greeted with a friendly smile by the gentleman behind the counter. From experience, this is not customary at most establishments anymore so it just felt so nice to feel welcomed with a warm smile. We ordered and received our food very quickly. They operated like a very well oiled machine. The entire place was spotless. Then, one of our kiddos spilled his entire apple juice and was so upset. The gentleman behind the counter came to our aid and quickly mopped the mess up, assuring our boy that it was okay and to not be upset. He was so kind about the whole situation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience today!

This is my go to Dunkin, this place is pretty great, the foods always hot and fresh, and the coffee is very good as well, there is a lady who works there who was a bit rude when I visited I think her name was Jen, and they tend to mix up the orders somtimes but apart from that one bad experience this place is great!

The very patient worker was great and then some rude lady came up, cut him off, made an awful comment doubting my child, the customer. My atustic child was trying to confidently order but had an awful experience with 0 patience from her. Not only did she get my order wrong, but she just gave an impatient awful look. Never coming here every again.

Closed 20 minutes early. Not sure if the drive thru is open but no where on the website or Google listing does it note drive thru only after a certain time. As if 8pm wasn't early enough for a donut shop to close. I guess the closer just wanted to go home early.

These incompetent Saturday morning working almost killed me. I ended up in the hospital. I asked for a decaffeinated beverage and instead got full caffeine if not espresso. Ended up with extremely high blood pressure and pulse. Almost had a stroke. I will be suing them for negligence. Stay away from this establishment. They don't care about their customers. They were laughing when I asked them twice if the beverage was decaffeinated. I guess they do this on purpose.
