I called the restaurant at 7:25 to place an order for pick up. They took my order down. They told me it was gonna be an hour. I came there at 8:35 and they said they didn’t have my order. They never took my order when I showed them the number on my phone that I called them. They said they never took any of the order and I had a re-wait For my food and I asked if I can get something for the inconvenience and they said no, which was very bad customer service since I had to wait more time I will never order them again

Have only used KW for take out...food is consistently good ...wait times are too long... can't tell people that the order will be ready in 25 minutes then have to wait for 50 minutes.
