Just wanted to take a quick moment to give a shout out to the Manalapan/Marlboro McDonald’s which is Prime/busy location and consistently excellent service. Andrew (Andy) is always super helpful and genuinely makes you feel like family with his big smile. On the rare occasion there’s an issue, he fixes it right away. The food is always super fresh and absolutely delicious especially their vanilla latte’. Thanks again for another great visit. Happy New Year 🎊🎈🎆 To there wonderful staff!!!

The worst customer service I have experienced a special in the drive-through ordered. My food came home half of the stuff was missing. Are you kidding me now? I have to go back driving in 20 minutes there. I will never stop by there again. Terrible customer service.

Great place for the locals place packs up quick on weekends, food is good service is great, fun place to have a few cold ones, watch a game or with a few friends family if you want made for everyone... I see a Tommy's tavern when I am looking for a bite to hang this is my place.

Ordered: cheese burger happy meal with double fries and chocolate milk for my daughter. Repeated 3 times bread and cheese ONLY nothing else. Pick up window - received chicken nuggets meal. I stated I order cheese burger happy meal with just bread and cheese with double fries and chocolate milk. He said pull over to next window please. Meal came with meat in the burger and single fries with apple slices and no chocolate milk. Again repeated for the 5th time and showed the receipt. Took the bag back, came back with burger with removed meat and no chocolate milk. I said where is the chocolate milk and she responded BROO! I was done and pissed! You have the audacity to call me BROO! When you guys have the order in front of you and I repeated it more than 5 times and still can’t get it how it is suppose to be. She apologized but still how is this acceptable? This location sucks the staff is ridiculously rude and every time we order the same order and every time it’s messed up! More so how can you just remove the meat and give the same burger. Some folks are vegetarian just like we are and when meat was already in it we can’t eat it, it messes up her stomach and the practice shouldn’t be to fix it quick but to make it new. This we realized when we got home or else there would have been a whole different argument! Do better.

The lack of empathy that was shown by this staff tonight was remarkable truly. Their mobile order system wasnt working so i ended up not getting my food when i was supposed to check in, when i reported this issue to the manager, they seemed to have no interest in fixing the issue, this was not an issue just for me, but for many other people in the store just now. When 30 minutes had passed (i only ordered 1 cheeseburger) the woman at the counter acted like she “did us a favor” by just ringing the order in, which she still didn’t do correctly by the way, which is what should have been the solution from the start. never again

This place did well after renovation for a while now they’re going back to the version they used to be. Drive through orders unorganized. If you have a mobile order why are you waiting longer than the regular drive through. Only two spots for mobile order parking and it’s always taken by people who park there and go in. Dumb spot for it. Fries and food are never hot and always stale. Staff cuts off your order when you’re not done and always seem annoyed and rude . Needs new management

For such a nice town, and a small location, this is an extremely dirty location. Kind of sad we brought our son to eat and I’m cleaning tables with wipes I keep in my purse before handing my son his food. The service was horrible, needed help with something that was wrong with our order and the woman who helped me just did not have a good attitude. My son’s burger was missing cheese and she turned around and slapped a piece of cheese on and handed it right back as if I inconvenienced her. I don’t expect fast food chains to be neat freak clean, but atleast a clean surface to place my food.
Unbelievable service! Went to order food on 8-31-25 at around 5:50pm and the staff on that shift was amazing! treated you like family! And this is why me and my daughters always come to this location.

Can’t get order right. Came back to get my order corrected from last time they made it wrong just to get it wrong again. **order was only cheeseburger with ketchup*** When order was handed to me wrong again, manager told me there was nothing wrong and asked me to show him where they put onions in burger. I would just recommend saving ur money and time and go to a different location!!
