This was some of the best bbq outside of texas I've had! We got the brisket and the pulled pork with mac and cheese, corn bread, and mashed potatos. The brisket was incredibly moisty and melt in your mouth. The pulled pork was also really good. The mashed potatos were soo creamy and delicious! The mac and cheese was also pretty good though just above standard. Also loved the corn bread! The only super minor note i would say is it would be great if they had a homemade lemonade instead of just bottles

We saw an Instagram reel about Mostly Smoked BBQ and it certainly did not disappoint!! First, I have never seen more meat on ribs than I did today, they are so thick and amazing!! We tried the Brisket Cheesesteak, also incredible. The burnt ends baked beans were calling my name and they did not disappoint, nor did the delicious mashed potatoes!! Along with the great food, the owner could not be more friendly, out front and talking with each customer. LOVE the rock & roll vibe and took a stroll down the long hall of rock legends, guitars and drums hanging on the wall. An extra pinch of awesome in an already excellent restaurant!! A+++

Food was excellent and very high quality. I definitely recommend the cheesesteak and egg rolls. The owner Rob and everyone at the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming.

The best brisket I’ve ever had in my life is right here in New Jersey!! ( MOSTLY SMOKE )

Who would have thought???? it could beat any brisket from the central or southern parts of the country?!
I drove 45 minutes from my house just to try it, but for this flavor, I’d gladly drive 2 hours if needed.

I would recommend everyone to try it—you won’t regret it!!
I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION: The place is extremely clean, and the service is EXCELLENT!!

Ate here tonight.
• 2 meat platter W/ pulled chicken with Alabama white and brisket with BBQ.
Side Elote Corn and Mac n Chesse.
• 1 meat platter w/ Turkey. Baked beans and Pickled onion.
• Pulled pork Egg rolls.
• 2 Pepsi's.
= $77
Way highly overpriced.
Also it was hot as can be eating inside tonight, its 91 outside, and had to be 85 inside.
The food was meh. Not great. The Alabama White sauce and carolina gold had no acidity to it and very bland tasting.
The meats were ok.
Nothing was to rave about and make me wanna come back at all.
Still blown away by the price.

Absolutely delicious! Staff super friendly. Owner on site. Cool vibes!. Def must try. Ribs,amazing! Brisket, also on point! Mac n cheese..OMG!!!. FANTASTIC BBQ
