First time here, since it was re-done. Huge difference! The place looks great. Spacious dining areas & really big bar area. There was an area for private parties. The bathroom was even clean. We didn't order much to eat, but the cheesesteak egg rolls were very good. It was typical cheesesteak meat, but still very yummy. Went for happy hour(s) & they had a lot to offer. Sat at the bar & service was very good, but we were there early. I look forward to going...
Pros: Very nice ambiance. The staff is friendly. The outside seating looks great, a stone patio. Plenty of parking. Nice. My first thought was “this has lots of potential”. And the menu looks good, too. It was busy in a Wednesday night. That’s normally a good sign. And yet there seemed to be plenty of staff.

Haven't been to OST in approximately 30 years , it was great then and absolutely amazing now .. didn't know that they upgraded the place , it's a great place to go I will return eventually
