Ordered 2 Pastry items and they got one wrong. How do you get the only 2 items in an order wrong? I asked for the brownie bites and the cherry pastry and I got the brownie bites and a brownie no cherry pastry. Very bad!

My office catered and I had the cibatta cheese steak. Now, the picture on the website looks amazingly. The filling is oozing out of the bread. Reality was very different. So disappointed. I didn't realize it had onions in it until I read the description. There was barely any filling on the sandwich. It was 98% bread. If you scraped the filling it would have filled maybe a 1/4 of the bread. The sandwich was tasty, but again I like filling on my sandwich. Also there was a kick in the sauce, but the sauce was only on one part of the sandwich. Don't waste your money.

Sorry to say that Panera’s heyday has passed. The food quality is lackluster. My family used to enjoy going there occasionally years ago but lately is feels just a step above McDonalds. 😢

I work at a nearby store and I decided to doordash a garden Avocado and Egg white sandwich this morning. The doordash service was great like always but the avocado on my sandwich was literally black and rotting. All I have to say is that whoever made my sandwich and looked at the rotting avocado and STILL decided that it was a good idea to put it on the sandwich and package it up, the incompetence is embarrassing and the lack of safety precautions is insane to me. I got my refund through doordash but I will not be ordering from here again and just a heads up to everyone else, the workers are lazy and will HALF ASS your order. I will be getting my orders from the Old Bridge Plaza from now on

I order fairly often for delivery to my job, and every single time the soup is straight liquid. They have soup that’s supposed to be thick and hearty that arrives to me thin and sad. I can only assume they’re keeping it on the heat too long, or maybe heating it too quickly? Not sure why I keep trying. Seriously, who tf wants a broccoli and cheese drink? Cuz literally that’s what it’s like, no soup-esq viscosity whatsoever. I figured it was a defect amongst the staff and switched to the baked potato soup. Same issue. Absolutely appalling.
I’ve been going to this panera since it opened. I’ve never had anything to complain about until recently. Whoever the manager is (lady, dark brown hair, middle aged) is the nastiest person to the young workers. All I do is hear her yelling at them from behind the counter and complaining about things that she can just do herself (throwing something away, picking something up). The workers here are young kids, probably their first job, and she is visually making it a miserable time. Instead of pulling her workers to the side, she’s yelling out loud in the middle of the restaurant so the whole place can hear her. She had her friends visit her one day and is talking to them in the middle of the ordering area complaining about her job. She has no self awareness. No respect. And makes the experience here unpleasant.

They advertise their soup bowls which look great but when I went there last night around 7:00 they were all out. Why? And I didn't like the self-service kiosk. The drinks and food for the amount you get are not worth the high price.

My friend had the breakfast souffle. I had the egg,cheese and ham croissant and coffee,it was delicious. Panera was clean and employees very pleasant. What more could you ask for.Good time,thank you.

My husband and I both enjoyed the Mediterranean Veggie sandwiches we ordered this afternoon. They were delicious! The only item on the sandwich we ordered without was the spicy red peppers. We tried it once and it was too spicy for us. But the rest of the sandwich is awesome!! We highly recommend it!

I ordered delivery and DoorDash canceled my order. I called stating my issue and Gerard the manager made sure I was getting my food remade and it would be hot and delivered. He truly made this experience better and makes me want to order from here in the future again. Not their fault and I don’t blame Panera I blame
