Steak was way overcooked and chewy Biggest issue was flow of the line. 2 girls working and they had the guy in front of me and myself so confused the way they were jumping back and forth between us and trying to also incorporate online orders. At one point I was shouting over the guy in front of me what I wanted on my bowl. Very awkward and inconsiderate. Finally my order was done, and then the girl goes back to the front to take a 3rd order. My order sits and waits. And waits 12 min later, I am rung up. Paid and left. I should have walked out while waiting, for a $17 order equating to a steak bowl with no extras and a fountain drink.

Mixed feelings. The individual who served me seemed absolutely disgusted with me because I ordered a smaller portion from the kids menu. He was whispering to his coworker, barely giving me the time of day. I could feel his disgust from a mile away and he could not be bothered. He passed along the order to one of his coworkers. This is the best qdoba I’ve been to! Was greeted as soon as I walked in and the gentleman working the station was the absolute kindest and most helpful employee. I didn’t get his name, but he was working on 9/22 around 2pm (for management purposes). He answered all of our questions, let us sample their new steak which I ended up getting, and was just so nice. My favorite qdoba experience so far :)

I’ve ordered catering from this location 3 times now, and I’m never disappointed! The same gentleman is always there to review my order for completeness before I leave so I assume he is the owner/manager. Anyhow, everyone is always so kind and attentive. The freshness, quality and value far exceeds the popular competitor! I will continue to come back to this location despite it being a bit further from me than the other place because of the great service. Kudos to Qdoba Manalapan!!
