Food is flavorless, dry and overcooked. Portions are tiny. You’re lucky if your bowl is half full. The staff is nice but the owner is very rude to both customers and his staff alike. It’s sad because this place has so much potential. While Panera next door is packed, this place is completely empty during peak lunch hours and for good reason.

Yeah waste of money. Rice was over cooked. Food had no flavor. The guy could barely put food in the burrito and wasn’t even wrapped right. I don’t remember Qdoba being like this. Chipotle all the way.
Came in a few minutes after 10:30am, basically at opening. The staff had Latino music blaring so loud I couldn’t communicate with them until they turned it off. Had to wait for them to prepare the rice, beans, heat the griddle for the tortillas.
The food is good, it’s unfortunate the staff were ill prepared to serve customers at the stated opening time.

Took my son here for a burrito, and food was delicious. Service was also great and I especially admired the patience of Andre who had to deal with a very difficult customer before us, and handled it professionally despite her trying to start a fight with him and the other staff. Will definitely come back!
