I came here with my sister and her friend. I ordered a cold brew as well as my sister. Her friend then asked for an iced matcha, which she clearly said to the lady taking her order. The order comes out and it’s a hot matcha. Her friend kindly asked the lady if she could get an iced matcha instead like she asked for, and the lady started giving attitude and insisted she ordered a hot matcha, and would not take accountability for her mistake. They said she would’ve had to buy a whole new drink instead of refunding and recharging if she wanted the iced matcha, which she had CLEARLY asked for in the first place. Terrible customer service, and the attitude the lady gave was very unprofessional. I could also see the other employees laughing at us for a mistake they made in the first place. Ridiculous.

They're ok. I had a regular size latte and had them make it Cinnamon Vanilla. I really liked the notes, and loved that you can really taste the bean. They are just a cold brew business, no variety of styles just iced, hot, or latte. I did see around 8 different coffee choices. If I want to be on the healthier side I'd choose Rook and if I want my coffee to taste like dessert I'd go to Starbucks. Not bad. The only issue, I went online to look for nutritional facts for my calorie intake and they didn't have much. Just pictures of the bottles they use. You dont see any info about the added ingredients.

I wanted to compliment the employees yesterday with how they handled an emotionally disturbed customer. They were calm and patient total professionals. The matcha was excellent too!

Mariela was at the register and she was completely NASTY to us. It was my friends first time there and she was so rude to her and did not explain a single thing and when she asked, she had a major attitude answering the questions she had. Her experience that was supposed to be a great one, she will never be returning and neither will I. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Very simple order. Large block coffee!! Lady we don't have large its regular or bigger! Bigger please BLACK! You don't want any sweetener. No! No exaggeration.20 customers later and a bunch of green drinks I'm still waiting for a black coffee. Another Customer after me got his hot coffee and gone, then we get having trouble with hot coffee!

I am so distraught. The PB Mocha was taken off the menu and it was literally my favorite coffee! I was just about to come in store for the big concentrate to take home! I’m so upset and beside myself. Please bring it back or let me order online. Thank you, A sad but grateful consumer 🙃
I came here a few days ago to get some coffee and the customer in front of me had a small dog that she was carrying, the young lady working the cash register started to pet the dog and the dog started to lick her hands, the young lady proceeded to touch the tablet and the cups with her contaminated hands. As a shop that serves food and drink there needs to be better protocol as this is a health and safety issue. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of health protocols and am concerned for the health and safety of other customers.
