The food is very impressive and tasty. We love the beef tongue tacos, seafood soup, and mango smoothie! Definitely a hidden gem in Princeton area

The horchata water, with all due respect, tastes horrible, and the Jamaican water, not to mention, very expensive and the food does not have the seasoning it should.
Super tasty food! Reasonable prices! Excellent service!

Delicious food, great portions for the money. Better than any chain restaurants. Plan to bring your appetite, everything looks fresh and made to order. BYOB is the best part. RUDY'S is 💯

This is a wonderful restaurant! Our first time here and we had a great time. Rudy makes the experience so much fun. Everything is freshly made and the service is fantastic - so friendly and welcoming. If we lived here, we’d be eating here all the time!

Friendly, inviting service that assisted us with menu options. Excellent customer service. Thoughtful details including a carafe of water with fresh limes, fresh chips with two sauces. Food was excellent, fresh and flavorful. Overall great food at an exceptional price point.

Good food, actually very heavy food, service was ok: we had to remind the waitress multiple times for the request we made to get red sauce and some onions. The atmosphere was very south american. For the price and food it is good place to eat.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered the shrimp tacos that were on special to find out this place serves authentic and excellent food. The pico de gallo was freshly made and the guac was equally good. I recommend giving them a try when you’re near or in town.

We were in NJ for a quick family trip and this was the perfect place for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Every person who stoped by our table was extremely kind and did their job well. The best thing about this place was the fact that it included a mix of cultural foods. For example they had salchipapas which is an Ecuadorian appetizer, and Guatemalan food.I had the fried snapper with salad, rice and beans, which tasted great!Definitely recommend this place as a good place to eat.

Pictures this: two starving, famished students have been ravaged by their finals. Their room is filthy, they’ve been pulling all nighters to study and they barely have energy to stagger back to their dorm and pack before the school evicts them. But there’s a beacon of hope, light that shines at the end of the tunnel, a fire that roars in the face of adversity. For us, that came in the form of Rudys cafe. Immediately we were getting good vibes from the cute little decorations on the wall and the cozy booth seats. We began our meal with complementary chips (very tasty, recommend the green sauce) and excellent service. We ordered the quesabirria tacos for 14 dollars, which came with a side of guacamole? In this economy? There was a delicious, hearty soup on the side as well where you could dunk the crisp tacos wrapped around the juicy birria meat to get the most heavenly, tangy and warm flavour that just burst inside our mouths. We devoured the tacos in no time, and I can only describe Rudys as a culinary odyssey, an uphill rollercoaster, ambrosia served straight from the birria taco gods… It was a perfect lunch to end an otherwise abysmal week.
