Phenomenal food the two times that I have been here. My best advice is eat there or heat your food in the oven or a pan if you can. Don’t microwave it. The homemade tortillas are delicious when they aren’t soggy. The people are sooo nice and their store is better stocked than any other place that I have been to. Definitely will be my go to!
We went here after going to Old Hights Brewing for dinner, and the food is fantastic. Very simple but friendly atmosphere. Great service. Right next to a grocery store that I assume is theirs also. Had terrific pupusas, enchiladas, and the El Especial plate was tremendous also. A lot of food for reasonable prices and a wide range of choices on the menu. Highly recommend!
Food and service was pretty good but had trouble understanding the cost. Went for lunch and the bill came with just $41 written on it. With tax the bill should have been around $36 so either we got charged $5 for 2 waters or she preadded in a tip. We tipped $8 on top of the $41 so somewhere we got ripped off on an unitemized bill.
