Dont go here they’re incompetent. I ordered the simplest order of all time and they couldnt get it right. I got a bacon egg and cheese with hot sauce and they gave me a sausage egg and cheese with no hot sauce. How do you screw up one item? And they werent busy.

It seems the regulars are instantly greeted and orders taken. I was, in essence, invisible. I waited very long just to get a couple undressed bagels to go. The employees all busied themselves but should have attended to waiting customers. I was only addressed when a line of 4 more people formed behind me. New to the area I found the bagels to be great but I'm not sure I'll go back due to the service.

Counter help good but when i went to talked to tell him that coffee taste like just water his respond was i don’t get involved on that is not my área advised the cashier and did nothing.they just don’t care about their i guess they arent we are not priority really bad experience

I went to work with my husband one day. We stopped at this bagel shop, Tommy's Bagels! For breakfast! He ran in as I waited in the truck. Before running into order, he told me that this bagel shop was one of his favorites. And that it was very popular. Waiting inside, he must have waited in line for almost 20-25 minutes. I can understand a breakfast place being busy in the am before the work day begins. But half an hour, I believe is a bit much! I will say, this bagel was amazing! ? ? ? They slapped on the cream cheese, just how I like it! It was overall well worth the wait in my opinion. If you're in a rush in the morning, maybe before stopping by Tommy's Bagels, leave your house a bit earlier. That would be my solution. Or possibly, I went and ordered on one of their busiest days, and it's not always like that. Just keep that in the back of your mind. Because it is so so worth it! The bagel was delicious!
I have no idea how this place has 4.7 rate Flies all over the bagles I even told the guy about it and he did nothing about it , the strawberry cream cheese tasted like yogurt it was an awful experience plus I had to pay 2.50 fee in the ATM since they only take cash

Fluffy, fresh, warm bagels. Ive been coming here for YEARS - they have the best bagels in town. I drive 20 mins away to get them for my family and myself. You will not be disappointed - great service as well.
