It seems the regulars are instantly greeted and orders taken. I was, in essence, invisible. I waited very long just to get a couple undressed bagels to go. The employees all busied themselves but should have attended to waiting customers. I was only addressed when a line of 4 more people formed behind me. New to the area I found the bagels to be great but I'm not sure I'll go back due to the service.
I went to work with my husband one day. We stopped at this bagel shop, Tommy's Bagels! For breakfast! He ran in as I waited in the truck. Before running into order, he told me that this bagel shop was one of his favorites. And that it was very popular. Waiting inside, he must have waited in line for almost 20-25 minutes. I can understand a breakfast place being busy in the am before the work day begins. But half an hour, I believe is a bit much! I will say, this bagel...
Fluffy, fresh, warm bagels. Ive been coming here for YEARS - they have the best bagels in town. I drive 20 mins away to get them for my family and myself. You will not be disappointed - great service as well.
