I ordered a Pork Roll Egg and Cheese sandwich to go for $9.36. At home I realized there was no egg… I checked the website for pricing. I returned to the store and noticed pricing on display was different than the website. I told them that my sandwich did not have eggs on it. Her response was “sorry the price of eggs has gone up so much…” It’s not about the money which was about $1 difference. I guess businesses get creative with how to respond to rising food costs: charge more, don’t provide the correct order, hope customers don’t take two minutes to bring it to their attention, don’t offer remediation. Lots of bagel places out there!

And no, this isn’t a “fake review”. This is the realest review you’ll ever get. Your customers clearly have spoken that you are clueless in the Bagel game. Your staff is sloppy, your overpriced bagels are mid. You buy positive, fake reviews ( it’s SO obvious it’s actually embarrassing) to trick customers. Close up shop kid.
