I’ve been an avid customer of cluck u for years. Have come to the wall location several times. Everytime I have came I’ve been impressed up till this visit. This timr the food is sub par to say the least.

I ordered 10 boneless wings with mango habanero sauce. The chicken used is dry and tastes like the cheap fingers from restaurant depot. On the past they used to shake the wings in a tub of sauce. Now it’s just lightly drizzled.

I ordered a side of Mac and cheese. Which used to be my favorite Mac locally. They changed the recipe to Kraft Mac and cheese and did away with the shells and velvita.

Fried Oreos were under battered and over fried.

We waited 26 minutes from ordering to food to table. With no other customers. In the store and no one picking up to-go orders

Prices have increased and they used taped in numbers on the tv instead of just fixing the digital menu

Overall if you’re looking for a quick McDonald’s grade chicken place and you’re super hungry I would stop. Other then that find a new place

We ordered 15 boneless wings (tenders) to go and received small dried up pieces of chicken that were like eating jerky. It was awful. Very surprising because we've ordered the same thing many times before and it's always been very good. Also, my box of fries was more than half empty. I don't understand what happened to this place. So disappointed. Almost $50 spent on terrible chicken tenders, half an order of fries, and small mashed potatoes. Crazy.

For a business that promotes great gluten free options, they sure never serve it. I’ve called multiple times for their delicious gluten free options and as soon as I say gf they immediately say no. I understand that with cross contamination it’s more difficult than just making any other sandwich, but don’t promote it and have a whole other menu if the employees always turn down the order. So disappointing, because the one time I actually did get it, it was great.

My children have celiac disease and this location has a separate fryer for gluten free food. The chicken is so good. We have also tried, and loved, fried Oreos, wings, and empanadas.(all gluten free)
Well worth the trip!

I ordered a four piece dark meal for takeout. When I got home, I opened the sealed package, they gave me a two-piece breast. If you go for take-out, be sure to check your order.

WOW!! I cannot express how incredibly excited I get when I decide to pick up cluck u for dinner. Every time I come in I’m greeted by the sweetest girl at the register. The food is incredible, I’m always satisfied my the end of my meal. The atmosphere is also incredible, the staff even provides a ring toss game at the table while you what for your food! Love love LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Parking: Big parking lot, even includes handicap parking!

Kid-friendliness: The place is covered in fun imagery and they even have a few games, like ring toss. Keeps the kiddos entertained.

Came in at 11:20 and they told me “we’re closing early sorry” very unacceptable as I had driven 20 minutes because I love Cluck U Chicken looks like I won’t be coming back anytime soon very disappointed.

This place just stinks. I don’t have much more to say. Get good wings from broadway instead. Hard pass.

Decent not the best I’ve had, chicken was soggy. Buffalo sauce was not spicy at all & a little over priced. Won’t be back to this location
