Saw a sign “we don’t flip our Blizzards.” Right away I knew this was a negative. Well, my blizzard was more like soup. There was supposed to be chocolate shavings, didn’t have one piece of chocolate in it, rather, it was melted all over to the inside of the cup. Also, there could have been more pieces in it. I didn’t enjoy my blizzard unfortunately, it wasn’t par to its name.

I come here every time i leave the beach (which is quite often) and both gentlemen there (the owners) are always so kind. Sometimes it’s a simple smile that can make one persons say that much better and I always appreciate it. I will continue to be a loyal customer
Terrible take out experience Been going to this location for many years and worst experience tonite on a 3 blizzard order. Basically was 3’vanilla ice creams. The least amount of toppings in 20 years. Guess was in a rush at 8 PM 10/12/23 but really was a disappointment for me and kids especially the medium pumpkin pie blizzard just plain vanilla ice cream. Went to the location for a cake cup? Stood in a line which is understandable typically but owner (only person working) was then standing there talking to a customer about everything under the sun for around 10 minutes when the then line was now out the door he finally moved on, he had no ambition or motivation. He served doordash orders over customers standing in line. I then grabbed my items from the freezer and the price on the tag was not the price I paid which I didn’t feel like standing back in line again to argue the charge. Then I went home and ate the cup-cake which had no flavor except the gross taste of dry cake crunchiest with no fudge or anything. Will never return to give this man another dollar.
