Had reservations for 5 people at 6:00 pm. We requested a seat near the fireplace. We were promptly seated exactly where we wanted. Our server was Devin. She was very friendly and happy. She gave us time to settle in, review the drink and dinner menus. She was honest when asked her opinion on a couple items. She was a great server. The meals were good. Three of us got the salmon dinner, one got the steak sandwich and the last got a tuna poke bowl. Drinks were good, well made, and generous. The only downside of the meal was German chocolate cake and the espresso torte. Both were not exactly as described. Overall it was a pleasant evening. Would try it again.

Food, beer and service was good. Comparing our receipt to the menu on your website & on OpenTable.. you charged higher prices. Why?? PLUS: we gave a 25% tip but the credit card processor based it on the subtotal, sales tax and credit card surcharge.. increasing the gratuity to more than 25% of the subtotal. Tipping on the subtotal ensures the gratuity is based on the value of the food, drinks & service.. not the cost of taxes/fees. Tips are based on what you spend, not what goes to the government and credit card companies. Shady.. please adjust your credit card processing machines.

Loved the French fries, the burgers were a little well done and the rolls too big for the burger. But everything else was.

Our server was a nice enough kid, but there were times he'd disappear when needed. Our appetizer came soon enough once we ordered, but our main meal took over 30 mins to be delivered to our table. My meal was delivered luke warm and my wife's meal was hot, go figure. I've been here before, but this was definitely an off night. At least the food was tastey.

Was very disappointed with the Oktoberfest meal. My weiner schnitzel was overcooked as was the spaetzle. The red cabbage was undercooked and tasteless. The Oktoberfest beer seemed flat. Another diner found her tuna overcooked in the tempura dish.

We have always liked Harpoon Willy's and chose it to get together with friends that we don't see often and wanted to catch up with. Unfortunately, the noise level was so high that we could barely hear them. We couldn't wait to leave to get away from that noise.

As always the food was delicious. A little pricey but worth it. I think I'm there every few months. I had the sesame encrusted tuna and my companion had the 1/2 lb scungilli with rigatoni I far diavolo. That should have come with bread. Ya gotta dip! Our waiter brought some. He was attentive and polite.

The portions of food were very small. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant When my husband complained about the portion of salmon they took off 7 dollars! My surf and turf had three tiny tiny shrimp.

My group of 3 had a very good experience with the service and food at this establishment but the flies were annoying and so was a distinct "musty" smell which permeated through the place.
Love the fact that they went back to former menu! There's so much to choose from, and the casual atmosphere is enjoyable

Our waitress, Serena, was sweet, knowledgable and efficient. She answered our questions regarding the bucket cocktails and menu and made great suggestions. The Buffalo Wings were large and crispy while the meat was tender & juicy. The Thai Chili Brussel Sprouts were roasted and delicious. The burgers (River Road, Dockside and Fork & Knife) were made to order M-R and done perfectly: juicy with a pink middle and a nice sear. My Shrimp and Grits were nicly spiced with chorizo, creamy with lots of tender shrimp. I couldn't finish my serving. We all enjoyed our meals and the lively but not overly noisy atmosphere. We've already decided to return in cooler weather so we can enjoy the huge fireplace! I fully recommend Harpoon Willy's.
