This place serves some of the best home style food you'll run into. This is their version of a Cubano, a Cuban sandwich. Their roast pork is as juicy and flavorful as their turkey. Just a great sandwich, and only $9.75.I also took home one of their prepared dinners. Half a chicken with three sides (I got scalloped potatoes, creamed spinach, and cornbread stuffing) as well as cranberry sauce and gravy. It fed two very well for $14.50.I've never had anything less than Great here

Ordered a turkey BLT. The turkey was incredible, thanks to both the texture and flavor, and the crisp bacon with the juicy tomato on my preferred whole wheat toast perfected the taste experience. This was a top 10 sandwich in my opinion.

Hincks is the best...for a dinner, a sandwich. or catering. The food is perfection, the staff friendly, and the eat-in section is cozy, like someone's home.
Thanksgiving food always great. Unfortunately when your picking up orders there is no communication as to any holdups. This year was a nightmare but the ladies, other than one or two, are the best. Not going to stop me from ordering next year but a few need a few lessons in manners. Also have a few more take orders to lessen the wait time when they begin the process. Now I know who NOT to go too. FYI buy the cranberry relish a week before and freeze it because they always run out even if they tell you don’t worry. Worry! Good is great! Just some suggestions ?
Hinck's is a Jersey Shore legend. There is no one that is close to the quality and service that you'll receive there. I dare you to find a better potato salad in the world! Such a great place.

Food was excellent. But this is the second time I have been to this place and was not happy with the attitude I received from the staff at the counter. The woman today was very condescending. She seemed stressed and annoyed with my order.Parking: Ample parking .
Have been a Hincks customer for over 35 years, going to their different (now closed) locations depending on where we lived. Glad the original spot remains. Turkey is always delicious and tender. Great coleslaw!
We ordered Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings and it was delicious. Everyone ranted and raved about how good the food was. It was a little crazy picking it up but to be expected since we had to order it 6 weeks in advance to ensure we would get a spot. If you can’t cook, Hinks is totally worth the money. We order for a family of 15. We had so many left overs, we ended up doing a spontaneous friendsgiving the following day! And it was still just as good!!
