I usually like Jersey Mike's, but this store wasn't good. We ordered 4 subs, and there was NOTHING on any of them. The roast beef on 2 of them looked like the cow was run over and left on the side of the road for a week before slicing. It was old looking and brown! There were 2 slices of meat and paper thin cheese on each sub, a few slivers of onions, and no lettuce either. HUGE disappointment for the price we paid and we'll NEVER return to this location again.

I live in Arizona I needed to compare and see if Jersey Mikes is better in Jersey or Arizona but nothing will ever beat New Jerseys personality and food. The bread was delicious and the workers were very personable.

This review is for Jersey Mike's corporate. The poor folks at the Manasquan store are the only way I could find to share.
My wife introduced me to Jersey Mike's. She's a Jersey girl. A franchise opened near us in Maryland and after some good sandwiches I tried to open a MyMikes account. This failed miserably. Every attempt ends up with a requirement to enter a code sent by text message, a code that never shows up. Tech support from Jersey Mike's just keeps sending me down the same rabbit hole that leads to the code that never shows up. I've asked for them to just activate my account and they ignore me. I've written CEO and owner Peter Cancro. Crickets. I didn't really expect anything else but I was prepared to be impressed. Jersey Mike's makes good sandwiches. They aren't that good to be worth all this time. "The juice isn't worth the squeeze." I give up. No account, and I'll buy my subs somewhere else.

People here are very unhelpful. Asked for Manager, never got a call back. They missed my item and have refused to give me a refund. I am from the Jersey Shore and order here all the time, after this experience I will never order from this place again. Very disappointed all around

A small group of us came in to eat today and as we were getting ready to pay for our food. I ask to if they offered a military discount and who I assumed was the manager/shift manager stated that "No, we do not offer military discount" and I would have been fine if he just left it there but that did not happen. I understand that is their choice and there are many business that don't offer this discount and I am fine with this. But then he had to double dip with a condescending tone and attitude that they do not offer because of that military base (National Guard Training Center, Sea Girt NJ), and that was their main income potential.I would highly recommend that you go to the Jersey Mikes at - 2627 NJ-70, Manasquan, NJ 08736 - they not only feel like they have a lot better service and a welcoming spirit to the general population, but they respect the military service of men and women, but they are proud supports to our first responders.

Went to buy a chocolate chip cookie two of the employees did not know the price when I asked. The prices should be in the cookie for anyone to see so I know what price and if I'm being charged correctly. So everyone knows, the price I was told was $4.50 of which I kindly said no thanks. Always have prices visible.
