Ordered wrap... $12!! The lettuce was yellow.... definitely not worth it!!

We arrived around 1220 pm this past Sunday. The girl at the cashier wasn't helpful and had an underlying attitude throughout interacting with her. When I simply asked for a price of a Fountain drink versus the bottled drinks. Told Me I had to wait a minute. My mother in law ordered the nova and cream cheese it was 14.39. For a bagel with salmon and capers! They charged her extra for the tomato $.50 and didn't tell her the bagel was not toasted like she requested, and there was only a small amount of cream cheese on one side it. My mil went to go order for my daughter she had also ordered coleslaw the girl on the register left for five mins to weigh it. Then she proceeds To take another customer order at the counter when I was next to order for myself and my son. I ordered the Italiano panini they did not give me the potato salad that it came with my Panini was wet and oily from the pesto. When we inquired would it be much longer for our order, they said you have only been waiting ten minutes. The order well over 20 minutes according to the receipt from when we ordered it. They proceeded to tell us that they closed in ten minutes insinuating we couldn't eat there. I demanded a refund that wasn't acknowledged. In addition, the girl was very unprofessional and rude and claimed that she is the owner. Her name is Paige. She definitely did not conduct herself like an owner. I would never recommend this location. Hands down point pleasant beach is the better location that will get our patronage. If I could I would give negative stars.

First off, I got attitude on the phone immediately and was told to "wait a minute" as soon as i greeted them with a good morning. Follwoing that I ordered a sandwich and a bagel, and the worker on the other line repeated back to me what I wanted, which was correct. Come to find out when I'm picking up my food, I pay $11.23 for only the sandwich, and even after repeating what I wanted correcrly on the phone, the bag only had the one sandwich. Upsetting establishment overall. No wonder the workers are so rude in terms of customer service. I am now sad.

I always go to the Joe's Bagel and grill near me but up here at work, I get the Manalapan delivery. I first have to say that their COLD BREW is amazing. I usually get cold brew with cream and sugar but it does not need it here. The flavor is well done. Good job on the cold brew!They only negative was someone must have left my poor chicken fingers in the fryer a bit long and they were well beyond well done haha but I forgive and everything else was very good!

Bagels are decent and have good selection. Dont bother with wraps or burgers. Tried twice now and tossed them both times. At minimum make sure to ask for well done, we asked for medium and got rare twice. Double check bag before leaving, young kids usually forget stuff.

Took all my willpower to order the veggie omelet wrap instead of a B.E.C on a bagel but I have to say the wrap was delicious! Fresh and hot, just like the coffee.

Just moved to the area last year. Best bagels in the area. Lunch menu awesome too. Great service. New favorite spot.
Joes bagel first time for breakfast. Avo toast delicious. Bagels are like north jersey. Great breakfast will be back.

Amazing chicken salad sandwich. Great portion of chicken salad, not too much mayo, avocado and tomatoes. I share mine because I wasn't capable to eat it all. Clean place, good service and enough parking space.
