horrible, disrespectful customer service. went in with a "coupon" generated from a mcdonald's survey offer. i asked the worker how i use the coupon at the order kiosk. she didn't understand my request, wouldn't assist me and put the coupon in the order line thinking i had ordered already. i tried to explain the issue again to her. she put the coupon aside and went on to help other customers. i asked to speak to the manager and she said she would but then she said the manager isn't at the restaurant. no other employee tried to assist me. do not go to this mcdonald's. there is a wawa next door. they know how to treat a customer.
addendum-after being told someone would contact me ---NOPE. they just don't care about their service or reputation.

Staff was overwhelmed in front and drive thru. Took them 20 Mins to get my order to go. Unfortunately looks like they have a language barrier issue with kitchen staff. They did not understand a word the front counter staff was telling them. Order all backup horribly..

Just went here through the drive thru and the people working at the window were nice but they forgot my sauce so I go inside and I’m waiting at the counter for somebody but I was waiting for a bit and my friend was waiting for me in the car so I say excuse me and this older woman ignored me and then she walks by again so I tell her excuse me I need 2 barbecue sauces I didn’t get them. Then she gives me a whole interrogation asking me what exactly I ordered and saying she put them in the bag. So then I tell her no you didn’t cause it wasn’t in there.. I was literally going back and forth with this lady about sauce like who goes into a McDonald’s for free sauce with no food tf. By the time I finally got it and went back to the car my friend had finished her Big Mac and my fries were cold.

What happened to this mcdonald's? I work a half a mile away and I've been coming here for the last 8 years 2 to 3 days a week for breakfast. Both times I've come this week you stand in line and no one acknowledges you. Today weds 9/25 me and 3 co workers along with 2 other women and a man with his children stood in line for 10 minutes without anyone even looking at us. That's 7 people in line without being acknowledged. Yet they kept pumping out drive thru after drive thru order. If you don't have the staff just shut down the francise

I went in with my grandchildren to place an order and we wanted to sit down and eat. We waited five minutes without anyone acknowledging we were there when I said does anyone work here? They said be with you in a minute. It took another five minutes before someone finally came over and took our order. The food came out cold. Very disappointing!!! What has happened to good customer service?
