This morning was the second or third time I was late to work, because I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. I can understand if it's busy, but each time there was only one or two cars in front of me. I talked to the guy at the window during a previous incident, and he couldn't barely speak English, but it sounded like he said he was the only one working there. You never see any local teenagers working there anymore, and you wonder if the franchise owner actively discriminates against hiring local kids. Anyhow, the people who currently work there don't seem to know how to run the place. McDonald's and or some agency needs to look into what's going on at this location.

Absolute worst location. Something is always wrong with the order, nothing at all is “fast food”. Was upset my friend ordered from this location because it’s always just awful and low and behold forgot a happy meal, over cooked but yet cold chicken, didn’t follow instruction. If I called they would be kind and give me a new happy meal but would have to go pick it up, this has happened before. I just can’t stress enough to avoid this location. I want to just let it go but it’s been too many times and the price tonight for delivery + a forgotten meal was $90.

Haven’t been to McDonald’s in months went last night got a quarter pounder meal. The bottom of the bun was as hard as a rock and the burger was a hockey puck. The fries were old this is after waiting in line forever. Never again!

Consistently slow and orders almost always wrong. So frustrating, especially when it’s kids orders. Today the fries were handed to me cold at the drive thru window, got home and the both burgers were wrong. I know if I called they’d want me to come back, not even worth it.

This location is so slow! Waited 15 minutes for a frappe and an apple pie. Nobody acknowledged me inside so ordered on the kiosk and just stood there. Employees in the phone and don't greet you or say goodbye. Employee handed me my food while on the phone. Only customer inside. It's crazy the wait was that long. Clean and empty, wonder why.

I ordered my breakfast here at the Mena one location and I asked for a cup for water. They said they’re out of water. How can you be out of water? What are they cleaning with. They have like 10 employees and it’s always in chaos even when there’s only three people here. They really need to get their act together. I just found out that they remove the water button at the self serve drinks. Have never seen this at any other McDonald’s so I pay 20 bucks for food and can’t get a cup of water you make me buy soda or bottled water? Seriously?
