9 out of 20 nuggets received… SMH If I could give -5 stars I would… I’m never one to complain but this is outrageous food was cold and terrible feels like it was sitting out for hours, all I ordered was a small coke and a 20 piece I got NINE nuggets… 9!!!!! The box was almost empty! I called up and the manager told me there was nothing she could do, couldn’t even have my money back, will never be going here again, counting to 20 is so simple I guess they can’t count past ten in the ghetto or Mexico where they are all from.

How can you screw up a bottle of water and a small coffee? I specifically asked for MILK with NO SUGAR. When I got to the pick up window, I was told to wait in a spot because the coffee would be 5 mins. You should be told at the ordering window if you wish to wait for the coffee. We were on our way somewhere and had to wait. We would have declined to wait. Then upon getting the coffee, it had SUGAR in it. Gross. They can't even get a simple request right. The lady taking the order even repeated it back to me. Go to one of the coffee shops. Fresh coffee made right the first time.

Atrocious service. They never can multitask even when it’s slow. They shout over the speakers so drive-thru customers go deaf, take extremely long on orders (again, when slow) and have extended waits when there’s no one in line. And the customer service is terrible.
horrible, disrespectful customer service. went in with a "coupon" generated from a mcdonald's survey offer. i asked the worker how i use the coupon at the order kiosk. she didn't understand my request, wouldn't assist me and put the coupon in the order line thinking i had ordered already. i tried to explain the issue again to her. she put the coupon aside and went on to help other customers. i asked to speak to the manager and she said she would but then she said the manager isn't at the restaurant. no other employee tried to assist me. do not go to this mcdonald's. there is a wawa next door. they know how to treat a customer.
addendum-after being told someone would contact me ---NOPE. they just don't care about their service or reputation.

Staff was overwhelmed in front and drive thru. Took them 20 Mins to get my order to go. Unfortunately looks like they have a language barrier issue with kitchen staff. They did not understand a word the front counter staff was telling them. Order all backup horribly..

Just went here through the drive thru and the people working at the window were nice but they forgot my sauce so I go inside and I’m waiting at the counter for somebody but I was waiting for a bit and my friend was waiting for me in the car so I say excuse me and this older woman ignored me and then she walks by again so I tell her excuse me I need 2 barbecue sauces I didn’t get them. Then she gives me a whole interrogation asking me what exactly I ordered and saying she put them in the bag. So then I tell her no you didn’t cause it wasn’t in there.. I was literally going back and forth with this lady about sauce like who goes into a McDonald’s for free sauce with no food tf. By the time I finally got it and went back to the car my friend had finished her Big Mac and my fries were cold.
