One of the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to, messed up the order. Additionally, their prices are significantly higher than other McDonald’s in the area Did not provide happy meal toys or meal customization. Spoke to The phone number for the franchise owner three messages. No one calls back.

I ordered my breakfast here at the Mena one location and I asked for a cup for water. They said they’re out of water. How can you be out of water? What are they cleaning with. They have like 10 employees and it’s always in chaos even when there’s only three people here. They really need to get their act together. I just found out that they remove the water button at the self serve drinks. Have never seen this at any other McDonald’s so I pay 20 bucks for food and can’t get a cup of water you make me buy soda or bottled water? Seriously?

Get's busy early but always get taken care of and treated like a friend. Jim (James?) at the front is just the best. Friendly, warm, attentive and personifies the service I love about McDonalds.

Went thru the drive thru. Person taking our order did not understand English very well so it was difficult to give my order. And, even though it showed up on the screen correctly, when I got home the order was incorrect. Will not go to this McDs again.

Maybe if they spoke proper English, they wouldn't charge you for sauces and then not give you any! Annoying. Last time going to that location!

If I could give zero I would give zero. Just ordered doordash. I have a broken ankle can't leave the house.. lol. Asked for a cheeseburger no ketchup no pickle, add bacon, mayo, tomato and lettuce. I get my order. All the ingredients are there. The beef patty is not. I have no words.
