I have been craving rainbow cookies since going vegan 5 years ago and finally found them. They taste exactly how I remember them. Papa ganache is an absolute gem, I wish I lived closer.

Stopped by Papa Ganache in Manasquan and didn’t realize it was a vegan bakery until we got there. I ordered the cake roll, s’mores bar, and an Americano. Everything was delicious! The flavors were really good, and even though the texture isn’t quite like a non-vegan baked good, the taste totally made up for it.
As someone who is both vegan and gluten free, this place was like heaven on earth. They labeled everything so clearly and had such a wide variety of options of baked goods. Rivals the famous Vegan Treats bakery of Bethlehem, PA. I only wish that they had more savory offerings.
