Awesome cheesesteaks and sandwiches did not try the raviolis yet
Love their GF Ravioli and Cavatelli! Staff is so pleasant.
How can a ravioli store competely run out of ravioli on a Wednesday afternoon? I drove 40 minutes for fresh ravs and they only had a few frozen- which I can get anywhere…and btw, the meatballs are quite awful… so I’m now an Uncle Giuseppe customer- where the ravs and meatballs are way better!
Can the people writing bad reviews please learn how to spell, punctuate, and form a proper sentence?! How do you expect to be taken seriously if you can't even write? The food here is delicious. I definitely recommend it. The service might not be perfect, but i don't get all bent out of shape because someone behind the counter might be having a bad day and inadvertently takes it out on me. Especially over something so simple as a little food. Good job guys, keep it up👍
July 22,2025 around 3 pm..the girl behind the register must be the most unhappy person alive. Barely spoke, had a very mad face on, after we paid she pushed our 5 items $44 worth towards us … the bags were 2 feet away from her. Looked like we asked her for her arm or leg!! WOW!!! I don’t care how good the food is ….CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MORE IMPORTANT!Get it together people!!!!!
Thank you to the welcoming staff/ family. First time and will look to stop again when I the area.
Dependable Italian foods. Smaller than stores up north but glad to have it nearby for summer needs
Store service was adequate I bought a sandwich.
And a sausage dry sausage After completing the transaction The
cashier Gave me my change and turned around and left everything on the counter.I asked for a bag and she told me she would have to charge me a dollar. This is an absolute insult to any italian deli To add insult to injury the bag they Wanted to sell me.Was a walking advertisement for their store There are way better Italian specialty stores in manasquan that are
The best sandwiches in Monmouth County and the closest thing to an Arthur Ave Deli we have in area. Incredible service with the owners friendly help always present. Not cheap but quality makes it worth every penny.

IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP
First time going today. I drive from Lacey with a friend that raved about it. I’m a Joe Leon girl. First turn off was the Cannoli. I wanted to buy some cannolis and they had exactly one plain miniature and two chocolate miniature. It was only 1:30 pm. I asked if they had more and was told no, but I could buy the shells and cream. If a customer wants to buy something and you have the stuff, why not offer to make more for them!? That was a big turn off. I left with one cannoli, eggplant parm, container of Vodka sauce and a chicken parm Stromboli. I had the eggplant when I got home. It was very good. My kids will have to tell me how the Vodka sauce and chicken parm Stromboli is. Honestly, if I’m going to come from Lacey, I’m going to go to Joe Leone’s. Much better service and variety. If I had been driving I would have walked out and drove there but I was a guest in someone’s car. You need to do better.
This place is the best.
The honey mustard chicken is always a fan favorite and I get it every time I have people over.
Discover the best place in the area for the freshest raviolis, sandwiches, and gourmet Italian delicacies that will delight your heart and palate. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Make it a point to visit this gem; you won’t regret it.
I just hosted a surprise birthday party with 100 guests and Pastosa did not disappoint. I placed the order in the store with Diana-this was the biggest catering order I have ever placed and she was so helpful in guiding me. In the process I also got to meet the owner Chris who is a very nice and generous man. The night of the party, the food was delivered hot at 4pm by John who also set up the trays and sternos. We weren't eating until 6:30 pm and the food was hot and delicious even though it had been sitting there since 4pm. (the sternos were lit 30 minutes prior to eating). Our guests were raving about the food and still are! Pastosa Ravioli is a gem!
