Delicious Italian dishes that can't be beat and they're serving up a tasty Roman style pizza which you've gotta try! Come in and just grab a slice to-go or even sit down and enjoy a nice square pie or comforting Italian meal! It's always nice to start with a fresh salad and the Greek tomato salad is a great start! Fresh Jersey tomatoes, green pepper, onion, feta cheese drizzled with red wine vinegerette yummmm And guys let me tell you about this chicken parm hero! It's a knock your socks off kind of sandwich! Crispy crusted chicken, topped with amazing traditional Italian sauce, fresh mozzerella and shredded Parmesan! ABSOLUTELY KNOCKOUT! They have all kinds of heros to order on Tuesdays special and you have to run and get it! Meatball, chicken, eggplant parms are a must try! For those cozy Italian dinners.. we're talking spicy vodka rigatoni with smashed meatballs and savory dollops of riccotta cheese topped with olive oil was absolutely so delicious! It was spicy and I like a little heat with those homemade meatballs! It was seriously so tasty, I would get this every single time! We also tried the chicken cutlet topped with prosciutto and fresh mozzerella cheese, it had the perfect crunch for the best savory bite! You also can always count us in for a square pie, margarita pizza is a classic indulgence tomato sauce, fresh mozzerella basil, evoo, it had such a great crunch and you can never miss that perfect crust on a square pie!

I've been meaning to stop in to grab a slice for years. I wish I stopped in sooner. My mouth is watering as I think about describing this perfectly crafted pizza. The light airy crust was the perfect thickness and had a soft yet toasty crunch. It was not greasy, like most pizzas. The quality of sauce, cheese and spices are way above average. A lot of the ingredients are sourced from Italy - non-GMO tomatoes, the flour used is quality wheat that contains no additives or added enzymes. The toppings are sourced locally or from Italy. I typically have a reaction from dairy and gluten but I had no issue with this pizza. This is probably because most of it is sourced from good quality ingredients from Italy. It's also kid approved! My daughter absolutely loved it. This is the best pizza in this area and maybe even the best in Jersey. I can't wait to go back for more. Update: We have been back for more multiple times. Along with the pizza, we ordered Penne Vodka and chicken cutlets with prosciutto. The meal are consistently great!

So the food is wonderful, I can't have mozz and the pizza is so good even without. The salads are perfect. But the service is also outstanding. They accidentally sent me a large cheese pizza instead of no cheese, when I called they credited me immediately and I was able to get a small no cheese very speedy. And the woman answering the phone was so kind. Thank you Qua! Now I have an excuse to order more often. ?Dietary restrictions: Great for those who want pizza but can't tolerate mozzarella.

My boyfriend brought home a buffalo chicken pizza for dinner tonight from QUA. I've never tried Roman pizza - this pie was beyond amazing. Flavorful big chicken cutlet chunks amongst celery and a blue cheese dressing drizzle. The pizza is long and rectangular, with a thin crust on the darker side (almost burnt). I personally enjoy my crust like this. Truly thought it was perfect, and can't wait to try their other menu items.
