Yum!! Spring is almost here and we stopped by Sundaes for delicious ice cream. Lots to choose from! I had a small Salty Sea Captain Sundae which was generous with lots of hot fudge and Geoff had a scoop of Brownie’s Irish Cream. This was our second time there, again, delicious. Lots of kids. There is plenty of parking. The ice cream shop is accessible. There are plenty of benches outside, but this is mostly a take out. If you’re looking for ice cream cakes, they have many!

I stopped by sunday's on my way home from work as I pass by there. Deciding I wanted a snack but didn't want to commit to anything large. I thought why not get a small ice cream cone. I went around 5:00 on a Monday afternoon and I was the only person there granted. It's the winter and so I don't know how many people are regularly coming out. I can imagine in the summer this place would be significantly more busy. When I went inside I was greeted by the woman behind the counter. She was friendly and nice. I asked if I could sample one of the flavors and she obliged. I tried the tiramisu which was really delicious and I ended up getting a small cone with that and the s'more. I did really like the tiramisu better and if I went back I would probably just get that and has chunks of ladyfinger in there which adds to a very nice texture. All in all they had a lot of really good looking flavors and they even had ice cream cupcake looking things in the case. I bet this is a great place to come in the summer as well as getting some options for kids birthday parties, or adults if that's your style too.

Sundaes ice cream is mostly okay but I think the underwhelming, poorly trained staff don't make it worthwhile to spend hard-earned money here. Giving three stars overall and leaving it at that, because I won't disparage the young kids who wait on customers. A word of caution for those with a peanut allergy or any nut allergy -- you ought to seriously consider going elsewhere because there is NO attention to detail, NO attention to cleanliness, NO attention to the topping bar, and NO concern for cross-contamination of peanut products.

Kudos to Kailey at Sundaes! She is a wonderful manager and deserves a raise! There was a little error in one of the orders I had for Christmas and Kailey not only refunded the one cake but was incredibly professional and polite. I will definitely be back for more ice-cream and highly recommend Sundaes to everyone.
