Slllloooooowwwwww. The wait was a bit much and will keep me from returning. This seems to be a recurring theme at Taco Bells. They get a bit busy and they can't handle the influx because they don't have enough staff on. I blame management and corporate.

Will def be skipping this place in the future.

We came here with a group and were forced to go through the drive thru twice.

We assumed it would be better to place a mobile order, and then place the other order in person so that we wouldnt be rude by trying to place two orders in one trip.

They refused to let us pick up the mobile order (that we placed ahead of time, and paid for) while placing an order in the drive thru.

So we wasted 10 minutes going back through the drive thru again to get something we already purchased. No drive thru tacobell or otherwise has ever made us do this. Even when I nicely clarified the person on the speaker was very short and refused.

Will not be coming back, waste of time for overpriced food you can get cheaper and easier at the Neptune taco bell.

The drive-thru service at Taco Bell was nice. The staff was friendly, quick, and got the order right. The staff made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Definitely appreciated the efficient and courteous service.

I haven't had a Crunchwrap Supreme Like That since it first came out. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. My fav Taco Bell in the area..

I always get great service when I go to this Taco Bell. The food is always fresh and the employees are very patient. They are now using an AI woman to take your order. Although it was weird at first, it was surprisingly accurate without the usual AI lag between when you say something and when it answers. They were very understanding and even complimented me on how well I did.

I’m sad to say this is a Taco Bell we like to stop by for our cravings; but tonight was a shitty experience my grilled cheese burrito the cheese was fully stuck to the wrapper. The cashier argued with us over a 20 dollar bill because it had a 2 millimeter tear on the perimeter. He asked us to tape it and said he could not take it. The bill wasn’t torn even a 1/4 of in inch. No one carries tape in their car as a common rule. The bill would still be recognized by the bank as an appropriate circulating bill. Out of the two items the burrito was soggy on the top from the cheese not having enough time on the grill and the Gordita barely had any ranch. He took the bill at the end shaking his head. The moral of the story is you need to have backup payment to order at this taco bell location.
