Ordered “black coffee 1 cream and sugar on the side” was asked 2 times what I was saying. Then got a coffee with cream already made. Both employees laughed when I pointed out the issue. Just drove off. There never seems to be a manager at this store. Corporate DD must have NO standard for stores.

One of the worse Dunkin’s in the area,drive through staff couldn’t manage a drive through volumn of 5 cars resulting in attitude When I tried to correct my order three times because it was displaying the incorrect request on the screen. I have no problem waiting while they catch up, especially if they’re busy but to be told OK I’m ready and then to incorrectly get my order wrong three times and then get mad at me when I’m trying to correct what it says on the screen So that I don’t have to have anything remade. Very disappointing.

Served a cold breakfast sandwich and lukewarm tots! Looked at me like I was the issue! When I returned the cold sandwich, it appears to have ruffled some feathers! Do better! That was my second try in 4 years! And yea…… NEVER GOING BACK!

I literally go here everyday and they know me. Today, the black man at the window had a serious attitude problem. Starbucks it is for now on. My business clearly isnt wanted or needed here.

The food is general Dunkin quality. Sometimes it's okay. Sometimes it's stale. The main issue is this older white lady who is a complete and utter rude, grumpy jerk. She doesn't greet you. She grabs your card without a word. Hands your items to you with a scowl. Rude on the headset. I don't know how she has a job. If this is her place, go somewhere where the people want your business. If she is just an employee, it's Dunkin. Find another job that doesn't require you to be polite to people and live out your misery alone. But you know what your job is, you have no excuse.

Ten min for a coffee and sandwich and still not even ready. Got 3 young girls here that dont know how to communicate or get orders done especially on a sunday. This dunkin donuts needs to get it together. VERY UNHAPPY HORROBLE SERVICE

Unfortunately, had a terrible experience here just recently. I went through the drive-through. I was one of the last cars in line and I ordered one bagel and as I drove off, I noticed it was made incorrectly so I turned around to just let them know and get it corrected. When I got to the window, I was informed they cannot take the food back, but I insisted that it was incorrect so either I throw it out and they make me a new one or they could take this one and throw it out but whatever they decide, this issue needs to be rectified. Again, I was the only one to drive through at this time And the young girls at the window when they brought it to the man attention in the back, Joey He peaked his head out from the back and shouted at me “why are you doing this to me?! I have a line wrapped around the building!” Again, I was the only one in the drive-through and I had pointed that out, and I had requested that I parked, and I was more taken back by how rude on professional and sloppy this man was in the back who was preparing food. When the girls brought the food out to me, I believe their manager was one of them, and I voiced my concerns about how he handled the situation. There just seemed to be a lack of care. It’s unfortunate because there’s not many Dunkin in this area and I certainly will not be returning due to the service atmosphere professionalism.

We went through the drive thru and were giving old Hash browns and when asked to make them fresh the man at the window said they don't like them and the blue coolatta was watery and when asked to remake it the man at the window said again they don't like it and they even forgot a drink that's not how u handle a situation and plus they didn't even apologize for THEIR MESS up but it's safe to say we'll never be back ever again

Staff lazy and lied saying they didn't have anymore boxes of joe left. It was clear they just didn't feel like making more coffee. Very unprofessional staff.
