Owner should be embarrassed! How are you out of nuggets and Coke!? Bacon cheeseburger did not have bacon. waited 15 mins at window for food even though I ordered on app 10 mins prior. This place gets worse and worse every time I cave and go back bc it’s the only local “fast” food.

Management always sucked, I see so many new faces and nothing changes, which boils down to ownership sadly.
I have had uncooked burgers, uncooked nuggets, nothing is every right, always have to go back in, I’m not ever one to complain and I give so many chances and understandings.
Avoid, just go to wawa across the street.

Wendy's single burger and fries meal. $12.00. Fries were not hot. The burger was a mess and kinda dry & salty. This was my 3rd attempt at different locations. None exceeded this, 1 was worse. Done with Wendy's. Shame, really, they used to be good.

The service as far as attitude is good, always nice and polite, HOWEVERRRRR the FOOD is NOT good. This is the worst Wendy's. I have a list of issues.. every time I try something different, I have another complaint. I love baconators, well, there's supposed to be enough bacon on a baconator to taste it. 3 visits in a row now, and 3 baconators later it wasn't a fluke it is always crumpled bits of bacon on both layers, so basically, a pinch of crumbles on each layer. The JBC's are also like this, crumbles. The chicken sandwiches are ALWAYS gross, other Wendy's I have been to I love them. I feel like no care goes into the food here. OH and here's the thing that was like huh? I ordered a salad, and I get bacon STRIPS in it, instead of crumbled bacon, and it was missing half the toppings it called for. I just laughed cuz finally they give me bacon strips, but then I had to crumple them up myself. I wish they were trained better in making the food, and not just slapping it together. This food is expensive, and we deserve better. If it wasn't one of the only choices in town I would never keep trying.

Number 3 Asked for no Swiss , they put Swiss on , then took it off sand which added American didn’t warm it up
Number 1 was cold and dry the only thing warm/hot was the chicken they pulled right out of fryer
The potatoe wedges were cold and dry must of been sitting in the fry dump for over an hour
Place didn’t seem busy so stopped there on way home to get food for my wife and myself Will not be back would rather go to Tom’s river or even Burger King
The staff seemed to not even care about their job Very little communication And minimum effort
Possibly management sitting in lobby on labtop not over seeing staff

Best Wendy's ever. The manager and staff were very sweet and accommodating. Treated everyone with respect. I thought I lost my keys and the girl dug through the garbage looking for my keys and they were in my purse. Thank you staff for being awesome.
