Where to start. We’re out of BBQ, Honey Mustard and Ranch. The soda machine was disgusting and sprayed syrup on my daughter’s hand. Out of a lot of the soda. The food we were given had brown shredded lettuce. Ohhhh maybe not have people who Aren’t working visiting during work hours.
Went here again just because it was on my way home for my kids. I was the first in line and waited 15 minutes at the window. The kid dropped my food and again the lettuce was disgusting and ALL OUT OF SAUCES.

The hours posted are never correct. They are always closed inside hours before they are supposed to be always understaffed, always take forever in the drive through food is barely warm. Don't know what is taking so long. This location needs some serious help. New management and better staff.

I recently visited Wendy's, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was served cold, which significantly impacted the taste and enjoyment. Additionally, the service from the employees and manager was subpar, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I hope the restaurant takes these issues seriously and works to improve both food quality and customer service.

The food was fresh out of the fryer 😊 the cashier was nice and friendly. It was empty, which was nice. Looked clean, but had some bugs crawling on the floor. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh.

Went to the drive thru with a coupon code 34, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches small combo for 12 dollars. The gentleman that took my order said it would cost $14.98? He said he could not honor my coupon for that price!! Why have coupons? Needless to say no sale. Poor customer service.

Owner should be embarrassed! How are you out of nuggets and Coke!? Bacon cheeseburger did not have bacon. waited 15 mins at window for food even though I ordered on app 10 mins prior. This place gets worse and worse every time I cave and go back bc it’s the only local “fast” food.

Management always sucked, I see so many new faces and nothing changes, which boils down to ownership sadly.
I have had uncooked burgers, uncooked nuggets, nothing is every right, always have to go back in, I’m not ever one to complain and I give so many chances and understandings.
Avoid, just go to wawa across the street.

I had my heart on getting the Apple pecan salad and they were out. I did not enjoy the Ceasars salad I got.
So much better than the competition. Fresh meat makes a big difference. No hockey pucks here.

Wendy's single burger and fries meal. $12.00. Fries were not hot. The burger was a mess and kinda dry & salty. This was my 3rd attempt at different locations. None exceeded this, 1 was worse. Done with Wendy's. Shame, really, they used to be good.
