7pm on Saturday. Got a coffee at the drive thru. It was cold. Went in and ask for another...no coffee ???what! How does that happen. Ask for my money back... couldn't do that, no manager present.. 😔

I came in a really busy time but Megan was carrying a smile and super polite as she told me she’d be right with me. I don’t really leave reviews for fast food joins cause customer service is expected to be terrible with people hating their job but she stood out to me.

Any time they run out of the special, they always offer something else in its place. The staff is always very friendly. I wish Dunkin' didn't take the vegetarian egg bites off the menu, but that's nothing against this particular store. Great service. Tasty food & drinks.

Mobile ordered for a reason. They didn’t get my order. Then when they did it took the girl forever to make it because she started mine than left it midway to make a drive thru order while another girl mopped. Then took precooked eggs out of a warmer to make my food. Then another person came in ordered at the counter and she proceeded to take the toasted bagel from my order to make that persons bagel with cream cheese so they left before me. I’m still waiting then they take another drive thru order. They shoved both my wraps in the same small wrapper when they weren’t for the same person. They forgot sauce I paid extra for on my sandwich and when I went back in both employees ignored me and focused on the drive thru and one made a face that I was back. I had to call out to get one to come over and put the sauce in my sandwich. Everything was made poorly and the bag was extremely greasy, worst location ever.
Ordered avocado toast, large coffee and spritzer. The cashier was wonderful and so helpful.

It’s such wonderful atmosphere here, I come in every once and awhile—and this place never ceases to amaze me. The fast checkouts; the workers, the fresh food, it’s truly an amazing establishment. I wish I could shake the owners hand from how good the food is at Columbus Dunkin’ donuts. My son enjoys their vanilla frosted donuts a lot, nothing better than that. He can’t get enough of it, and i wish they could make more for him. Thank you too the beautiful workers too, couldn’t be a great establishment without you.
