Leaving things out of online orders, food and drinks taste like crap. Move on, there's plenty of other dunkins out there.

We ordered md. Iced caramel latte at drive thro' and reached the window and they handed over to us md hot latte, so we told them we ordered iced, and they changed it to iced, but there was almost no Carmel and filled up with only milk, and when we reached the window they were just jocking around and laughing, .

Only one other customer in store and they were at table. Drive in was somewhat busy. We went to counter, staff member said be with you in a minute. 4 min later an employee who must have been in the back (was not helping w drive in) took our order, zero personality, took order walked away. Made the drinks, which were good, handed them to us no thank you not a word, even when I spoke to her. 6/21 1:30 sorry to inconvenience said employee

While the orders are fairly simple they have done a good job of messing them up on several occasions. Sometimes things are burnt and they forget the specified sweetener in the coffee. Lately the attitude of the employees has improved, but several months ago several of the young employees appeared to have a very negative attitude I certainly wouldn't go there if there was another Duncan closer to where I live

Food is just like any other dunkin but the drive through can be so irritating. After every thing you say the person says, "anything else" just anything else anything else anything else. It just feels so rude and aggressive, I try not to go there for this reason but sometimes it's the closest when needed. I do not recommend this location.

I have been a customer at this dunkin for years now. No issues in the beginning. Lately it doesn't matter what time you go there the coffee is always tasting old and burnt. I'm not sure if it's because the young people that work there don't drink coffee so they don't care or if management is using another brand of coffee. The prices go up often here and the products are getting worse. Most of the staff are nice.

i went through the drive thru today and ordered two hot lattes, i received two hot coffees instead and they tasted so awful. you could taste that the coffee was old and had a burnt taste to it. they were both also supposed to be made with almond milk and one wasn’t. mistaken orders seem to be a reoccurring issue with this dunkin.

This dunkin is pretty quick when it comes to taking your order. Although dunkin doesn't have a set way to cook their sandwiches. This dunkin was under cooked the cheese was not melted. The one closer to my house, burnt the sandwich alot! Also the brownie batter donuts used to distribute the batter throughout the donut better now its just a small part of the donuts.

I just left the location in Columbus New Jersey. I had been waiting at the counter , had to go over and get someone . Young girl with blonde hair was very rude.

Ambiance wasnt the issue…but old, stale bagels and donuts is an issue…which was served to me on a $50 order this past Saturday (1/27/24). Not sure if it was 1st thing in the morning (6:30am) which caused the food that my staff ended up throwing away but got the impression that I requested too much food at that time and Dunkin was unprepared. No worries. These types of platforms should give understanding to other patrons who consider patronizing establishments.
