Coffee was full of grinds, hardly spoke in English and were rude. The two girls working were chatting, ignoring the customers. By far the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. The inside is beautiful and it’s a shame they need a new staff asap!! I’ve heard only bad things from locals also.

Not going to lie. This is the worse Dunkin I’ve ever been. It doesn’t matter what you do, online pickup, in store order or drive through. It will take forever to receive your order. Even if it’s dead at this location and you placed an order for 3 things it’ll take forever and there’s STILL a 50/50 chance that they’ll get the order wrong. Go to the Starbucks that’s 10 minutes away or the Dunkin location that’s in Hillsborough.

First and last time going to this Dunkin. I was the only person in the store waiting for my mobile order. The kids behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all, acted like I was putting them out by making them have to do work, didn’t look at me when they handed me my drink, or say anything when I thanked them. It takes two seconds to say you’re welcome. Rude.
